Where does the Torah give a mitzvah to not do unhealthy things?
Damaging one’s neshama and olam habaha is worse than damaging one’s body. If you’d do something about someone doing the latter, surely you should do something about someone doing the former.
Would you ignore it if you saw you neighbor’s kid snorkeling drugs in a deserted area?

Tznius and kosher are both halachas from Hashem that we are equally obligated to follow our Torah obligations on.
If a goy violates even a single of the sheva mitzvos, even once in his life, even if he violated it b’shogeg he is chayiv misa and goes to gehenom.
Tznius violators are similar to people who sell non-kosher food to the community as kosher. Both are machsil es harabim.
You can do about tznius violations the same thing you can do about kashrus violations.
If someone doesn’t keep kosher I’d expect them to not keep tznius. It typically goes hand-in-hand.

Halachas are, effectively, legislated. Thus, keeping kosher and keeping tznius is legislated.

Many halachic requirements of tznius are only halachicly applicable where men are or might be, and aren’t applicable in areas exclusively occupied by women.

As I said, usually they’re good decisions to have deleted. I’m speaking of the exceptions.
iac, the mods don’t usually explain their deletion decision. Not that they’re usually wrong for deleting, I’m sure most are good decisions. But lightbrite is correct that often they delete due to it not being aligned with their personal viewpoint.
Also note it very well it’s likely most moderators are not guilty of that but there’s usually no way for posters to know who deleted.
