Snow Storm Heading to Tri-State Area


weather.gifThe storm that caused flooding across western Washington will affect people with snow from Chicago to New York City Friday into Shabbos, according to AccuWeather.

The snowstorm will continue moving eastward Shabbos cutting across Ohio into Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

3-6 inches of snow is being predicted in places like Pittsburgh and New York City, perhaps even Philadelphia. Roads will become snowcovered and travel will be very poor.

The snow is expected to hit New York City late Shabbos morning, and the high temperature will be 32, with a RealFeel of 27.

This will potentially be the largest snowfall so far this winter in New York City, according to AccuWeather.

Starting next week, extreme cold will blast into the Midwest and Northeast, marking what could be the coldest days of the season for the big cities.
