Civil Administration Orders Beit HaMachpela Evacuated

Civil Administration Orders Beit HaMachpela Evacuated The IDF’s Civil Administration this afternoon, Monday, 10 Nissan 5772 issued an order compelling the evacuation of Beit HaMachpela in Hebron, located on the parking lot area opposite the Ma’aras HaMachpela.

The order instructs the families and singles living in the building to get out by tomorrow at 15:00 on the grounds their presence is a hindrance to maintaining public order.

The building was purchased by the Hebron community and the residents moved in recently as was reported by YWN-Israel.

  1. The only place in the world where Jews are singled out to NOT be able to live where ever they want – Eretz Yisrael.

How can we expect the rest of the world to recognize our (Divine) right to Eretz Yisrael when the so-called “government” doesn’t recognize it?!?!?

  2. This is utterly lawless. The Civil Administration has admitted that there is no problem with the papers; the evacuation order is instead supposedly on the basis of “public order”. So if there is a threat to the public order unless Ehud Barak leaves his house, will he too be compelled to do so?!
