The owners of the apartment above the rav have put their home on the market, asking 2 million NIS for their 60 square meter modest apartment, hundreds of thousands of NIS above the fair market price, confident there is a Shas supporter with the desire and means to make the buy, a rare opportunity, to live above the rav in 45 HaKablan Street.

According to the Maariv report, the owner and buyer are close to finalizing a deal.
