The IDF prosecutor on Sunday, 16 Shevat 5773 handed down indictments against three PA (Palestinian Authority) residents allegedly involved in a shooting attack in 2007. The charges include murder and membership of a terror organization.

The attacks in the indictment refer to the gunfire directed at a vehicle traveling near Avnei Chafetz in Shomron, conspiring to attack security personnel in a Tulkarem area industrial park, and conspiring to abduct a man suspected of cooperating with Israeli security agencies.
