Rabbonim and avreichim of mosdos Kever Rochel took part in tefilos on behalf of Maran HaGaon HaRav Chaim Ovadia Yosef Shlita on Tuesday afternoon, 20 Tishrei 5774. The tefilos too place amid a news conference during which Hadassah Hospital’s chief of medicine described the gadol hador’s condition as “life threatening”.

Shofars were blown and hakofos were performed while mispallalim held their arba minim as written in the Sefer Ari HaKodosh as a segulah for a refuah shleima.

Reports from the tziyun state thousands of mispallalim are visiting during the afternoon hours with many being mispallel on Rav Ovadia’s behalf.
