PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas’ (Abu Mazen) wife has been released from Tel Aviv’s Assuta Hospital the Yisrael Post reports on Monday, 18 Sivan 5774.
YWN ISRAEL reported on Sunday that the PA leader’s wife was hospitalized in the Tel Aviv hospital on Thursday, under an assumed name. Her true identity was not revealed. She underwent surgery for an unspecified problem with a leg and she was admitted to a neurological orthopedic unit.
Right-wing activist and attorney Itamar Ben-Givir was quoted in the report saying “Israel has fallen on its head. At night he is portrayed as being responsible for the abduction of the Israeli teens and then he is treated as a VIP and his wife is treated in an Israeli hospital”.
