According to a Galei Tzahal (Army Radio) report, a 27-year-old chareidi man began to disrobe in a ‘Tiv Tam’ store in Bat Yam, a store that sells chametz on Pesach.
During questioning following his arrest, the man stated his actions were a protest to the Jerusalem court ruling permitting the sale of chametz on Pesach, explaining the court stated inside a restaurant or a store is not a public place in the eyes of the law, thereby permitting the bread on Pesach.
Therefore the suspect told police, he cannot be charged with disrobing in a public place since the court ruled a supermarket is not a public place.

Isn’t there a better way to start a case in court attacking the chometz ruling which could be respected?
This Chochom from chelem beat the court on its own turf!
Good 4 him about time someone does something about this. smart
He disrobed to show the supermarket that it will lose its hoizen if they continue to sell chametz on Pesach.
As rediculous as that stunt was, it was a great shtuch.
although the suspect is correct according to state law, that since it’s a private place it might be tolerated to disrobe there. however,it is transgressing the law of tzniyus according to the torah law. therefor,he made his point in a distastefull manner.ironically,it was the police enforcing the tznius law and hopefully will also enforce the chometz laws which are fundamental to torah judaism.
This guy is very weird, but stil made a gr8 chap.
