Chief Sephardic Rabbi Shlomo Amar on Wednesday conveyed his blessings to PA (Palestinian Authority) Chairman Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen) on the occasion of the Muslim holiday of Id el-Fitr.In his letter to the PA chairman, the chief rabbi called on the PA officials to do whatever he can to expedite the release of Gilad Shalit, adding such a gesture of “good will??? will contribute to increased “mutual good faith.???
