A prosecutor’s declaration was filed on Sunday by the Jerusalem District Attorney’s Office against the terrorist who carried out the stabbing attack at the hotel in Kibbutz Tzuba about two weeks ago.
The terrorist, an Arab from the Shuafat neighborhood of east Jerusalem who was an employee of the kibbutz hotel despite a past history of security offenses, stabbed two guests. An off-duty police officer who was on a vacation at the hotel and others at the scene quickly subdued him, preventing him from harming others.
The victims were evacauted to the hospital in serious and moderate condition.
During his interrogation, the terrorist said: “I stabbed them because they are Jews and I wanted them to shoot me after I stabbed them.”

A indictment is expected to be filed against him in the coming days.
