Rabbi Yitzchak Ginsburgh, who is the president of Ohd Yosef Chai Yeshiva in Yitzhar, recently gave a shiur in which he told participants that they should avoid confrontation with Arab neighbors.

According to a limited Kol Chai Radio report, Rabbi Ginsburgh explained that efforts should concentrate on influencing the nations around us by our increased adherence to Torah and mitzvos, not confrontations.
