I use to weigh about 285 lb about 4 years and happy to say I have lost to date 100 lb and down to 185 lb losing fat and gained a lot of muscle. I would attribute it to a lifestyle change in the way I eat where before I lived to eat now I eat to live. Meaning before I put anything in my body I ask will this this benefit me in any way and if the answer is no I am not putting it in my body. Also investing in a treadmill for my home was probably the best investment I have ever made speed walking on an incline approximately 30 miles a week. In addition eating 6 eggs (2 yolk 4 whites) every morning was really instrumental as besides it being a lot of protein there is an enzyme in the eggs that suppresses appetite.
I understand that but freaking out is much because after all it’s not this holy man was taken at a young age

I never understood why fat girls always go to the other extreme saying stuff like “well because I am not a size 2 so guess are not interested”, well I have news for you how about you get to a size 6 I believe that would work but no we do not want size 12 or 14 or 16..that just shows a lack of discipline and a lack of motivation and a total disregard for living a healthy life.
let me tell you I too have a thyroid problem and an incredibly slow metabolism so does that mean I should wallow in self pity and accept my face..the answer is no. I just have to extra careful and have to bust my you know what to be in shape . I run 30 miles a week and believe me on weeks that I don’t I gain weight, that’s how unforgiving my body is to me and yet I am am fit.
I personally am disgusted by overweight people be they man or woman. It shows recklessness on their behalf and if they are not responsible about their health which is of optimal importance who is to say they will be responsible of other endeavors. I don’t want to be involved with someone who shows such a lack of discipline ..and if I bust my you know what to be fit and healthy I can expect the same from my future wife.
The Mets would have to pay me to go see that disgrace on the field…high school kids can play better than that excuse of a professional team.

Guys I told you about the Pack this is clearly the best team from the remaining 4 teams and Aaron Rodgers is playing at such an incredibly high level that it would be pretty had to see this team losing from here on out…Packers and the Steel Curtain should be a good one. As far as the Jets go the only way they can beat the Steelers is you have to spread them out and go 5 wide and run off your pass formation. If you think you can run against this wall then you will find yourself 3rd and long all game.

I have watched the Pack all year through best invention of all time which of course is the NFL Ticket by DirecTv and they are for real. Packers and Patriots that’s my prediction.

I only wear shorts during the summer when not at work as I tend to dress as comfortably as possible and no chance I am wearing long pants and white shirt in this hot weather. But kudos to all of you who wear lange rekel white shirt and long pants I don’t know how you guys do it but best of luck with that.
