The Klei Yakar in Parashas Yisro discusses the differences. The reason over there is the six day creation where a goy is also responsible to commemorate whereas yetzias mitzraim only applies to Jews. I explained with this shabbos morning davenen. It quotes veshomeru to prove that shabbos is in the lachus and not zachor? We said that shabbos was not given to the goyim but we just said that to commemorate the creation the goyim also have a responsibility some how. It says in veshomeru that between Hashem and the Benei Yisroel is a sign but not between Hashem and the goyim.

Should be above, kashrus is a question of trust, so when they don’t support the religious trust is lost, so is kashrus.

Avira, It bothers me, as I pointed out above, that Hashem be given His proper resoect by being capitalized even though other proper nouns are not.

GH, It is like the person who read the aleph beis by saying let Hashem put it together. When davening, we should do the best we can to accomplish its purpose even though we don’t know all the kevonus attached to tefila. If it goes through malachim without the tzibur, they might reject it before it arrivex to Hashem.

The Daroshas Haran explains that Moshe Rabbenu was an aral sefasaim. hard speaker, in order people should not say that because of his glib tongue he was able to convince the Jews to do the mitzvos. When it was necessary, the schechina eminated from his throat. Moshe Rabbenu did not want to speak to the rock as the water had to be given through a sheliach not Hashem but once he got angry the shechina disappeared so he could have spoken and hitting the rock was not justified any more.

Health, the one who calls the other not honest thinks that he is honest one but others are not but the truth is the reverse. I said before one sparrow does not make summer. Why weren’t the machines fixed for Biden were Trump won like Florida and Texas and most of the South?

Trump saying, he won with a landslide is a stupidity. As we pointed out before, there is always some fraud but not enough to make a difference in this election. PA – 80,000 mostly Democrat, Michigan -150,000 too big. Nevada mainly Democrat. The difference might be
Arizona – 11 electoral votes, Georgia – 16 electoral votes, Wisconsin – 10 electoral votes would make it even at 269. 306 – 37 = 269. He needs to reverse three states to become even. What is the probability?

When saying hatov ki lo cholu rachamecha, we should make sure to stress the end of cholu meaning, Your mercy should not end and not stress tbe begining, meaning, Your mercy should not start. See SA O’CH 61,16 about nishbah meaning, to swear, and not nishbo meaning, incarcerated. Anenu, we mean answer and not afflict.

I explained in bentching the passage, umefarnes osanu etc. He sustains us every day and all the time and hour. Does this refer to multiple individuals or just one? I think it can refer to one. The food goes into to the blood stream and gets circulated by the heart which happens constantly.

In hoshiah es amecha we repeat ireim. The difference might be that words used in a song is OK to repeat but not tefila. Aleinu is a tefila as well as shema.

AviraDeArah, we distinguish between Hashem and lehavdil an a’z by the capital letter as god is an a’z. I don’t agree. Hashem should be provided greater respect than any other proper noun.

The Dubner Magid, has a mashel for shabbos and yom tov. Where a person recognized a shnorer from his home town. So he questioned him, how is this person and how is that person. He told him, you are wasting my time. So he tells the shnorer, you know what, I will pay what you could make tomorrow and you can spend time with me. So he asked him about the alterheim, homeland. but he was so tired from the rest of the week that he asked for a bed to lie down. So he told him, I pay you for the day and you want to sleep? Hashem pays what we can make on shabbos and yom tov, so he expects that we spend some time with him and not completely sleep away the day.
In Shulchan Aruch O’CH 290,2 distinguishes a Jew learning the whole week who can spend time sleeping and the one who works the whole week.

One of the questions to us will be in the next world, kovato itim latorah and not Torah leitim, we don’t set the Torah to the times but tbe times to the Torah. A man once bought a hat which was to small, so went to a goldsmith to squeze his head to make the head fit to the hat. We don’t change the Torsh but the environment.

GH, the Midrash says that the Torah starts with a beis over an aleph having one side open like a beis for the testimony to the omnipotent power of Hashem by saying to the haughty, if you are so great complete the forth side. This is seems to indicate that shamayim is only three sides. In SA above says four sides of ‘olam’, the world. not shamayim.

Wisconsin (10) makes it even at 269.
