Gore could have argued on a small difference but he conceded gracefully. Barr, who backed Trump, admitted that he did not see any wide voter fraud. All this audits generate small differences and does not justify the big lie, a stolen election.

IYK, you are complaining when you can help yourself. Forget and put aside all that happened to you in your youth. We recognize and value your pain. Don’t let those who hurt you win.

er, I know what I know but I don’t know all. The more we know, the more we know how much we don’t know. It is like an astronaut, the more space he conquers, the more he realizes how much more there is to conquer.

Tosfas in Bava Metzia explains that the Beis Shamai are charufei tefei, sharper. So the Baas Kol did not argue on our understanding that the majority is in quantity and not quality and therefore not contradicting the rule of lo bashomayim.

coffee addict, there is a Daroshas Haran who explains that they could not follow Rebbi Eliezer because once the Torah was given down to earth, it must be undestood with human understanding. The Chunuch says that we must follow the majority view. The Torah agrees with the view according to their interpretation and is not a change.
I explained that leosid lavo we will pasken like the Beis Shamai, what about the majority? Currently we don’t understand their stringent view but then we will gain a greater understanding, umoloh haaretz deah, such that the majority will follow the Beis Shamai.

I will explain the logic behind not to stand out but be part of the tzibur. The Shunamis said, besoch ami anochi yosheves, I reside among my nation. Says the holy Zohar, a person should not separate oneself from the group because if anything bad happens ch’v. one will be spotted and recognized thereby getting blamed.

A person bought a hat which was too small for him, so he went to a goldsmith to squeeze his head to make it smaller. When we don’t like what the Torah commands, as times have changed, we don’t change the Torah but the envirinment.

IYK, when you say Haahem is above Torah, you are saying against the known Zohar who says yisroel, veoyraysa, vekudsha brich hu chad hu. there is a unity between Hashem, the Torah and Yisroel being One. The Torah unifies us with Hashem. It instills in us the love to Hashem and therefore, Hashem shows His love toward us thereby creating one entity.

It says Bereishis, the world was created because of the Torah called reishis and Yisroel also called reishes. The Torah is the original blue print for the world. Takmidei Chachamim don’t modify the Torah which will not change with time but as times require can modify creation. Boro ekokim laasos, Hashem created to do. They are given authority through the Torah to modify creation as required. You cannot make up your own logic as you like.

When it comes to davenen infront of an uncovered women, there are two considerations, erva and hirhur. Hirhur depends on the custom privided it is within tzinus like covering her head with a little hair showing but erva is erva. By a men is much more lenient as long it is not erva.

Currently, if it is a common practice to dress like that, people become used to it. See the Aruch Hashulchan O’CH 75 and the MB who argues there by women but by men he might agree.

The Tzetil Katan says that our assignment for this world is to change our own natural behavior.
I heard a story from the daughter of Rav Yonasan Steif ztz’l where his student was called in to the draft in Hungary. He went to him and he gave him an incantation to say before seeing the doctor found in the gemora Megilla, the goats in the slaughter house are fatter than me. Once he said that, his hands developed the sign of leprosy. The doctor said, you are coming to infect us, get out. As he went outside, the whole thing disappeared and his hands got cured.

One of the lessons we learn, one does not die from a question. This was based on a question to allow a married woman to remarry and consider the husband dead. We must have two winesses that testify to that effect. It also applies in Torah learning by understanding that the lack of knowledge to answer a question is a deficiency in us but not in the Torah. So what the Torah says is still true even though we can’t answer a question.

IYK, I really feel sorry and bad about your situation. The Klei Yakar(born 1540) on the pasuk that animals will fear us explains that if we learn and keep the Torah, we climb above animals that were created for our benefit and we become entitled to consume them at least on shabbos and yom tov which instills enjoyment for us.

Shivtecha umishentech. your rod, stick and/or your crutch console us that You have not forsaken us like a father towards his son. The Chidushei Harim says that the snake was cursed by eating dust which is around everywhere as Hashem says to it, here is your food and don’t bother me. I don’t desire your prayer.
