Zeliger some people dont know how good they have it they need a reminder once in awhile that there are others who are not as fortunate. I dont begrudge the fact that the op has a country home or that he has a wife and children but to complain that he actually has to look after himself for once is petty and not being appreciative of all the he has been blessed with.
42 dont the yeshiva/kollel guys deserve some down time on shabbos that is not to say they shouldnt learn but they need time to recharge and just chillax.

Zeliger if his biggest problem is what should he do for dinner order in or defrost something then he should be very grateful.
There is no doubt it is expensive i was in therapy for like 4,5 years but it was a life altering experience, i learned to love myself in those sessions to realize i have something to offer even now 5 years after ive stopped it carries on with me it was the single smartest thing i ever did and worth every penny.
I had a lot of childhood baggage to go through and through therapy i literally altered my whole perception of myself it was well worth the money.

You are not alone Yoya this is a horrible event, i look at the shooters picture and see pure evil, when his mother was approached by the media on friday she said you have the right man she was not surprised her son did this. It is beyond horiffic clearly he is a very bright man but what did he choose to use his intelligence for im just rambling here there is no sense to be made of this.
Sounds like a health hazard im no rov but i would think you would be allowed to change them, plus the psychological aspects of being reminded of his bed wetting cant be good for the child.
