I used to be a devout introvert I dreaded simple family gatherings always looking for a place to hide unnoticed I had no friends and desired no interaction with people. Today I am an extreme extrovert the transition was neither fast nor easy, when you first start communicating with people you may worry about saying the wrong thing and be thought stupid or boring or worse, but you have to get over that you have a unique voice don’t be afraid to be yourself. Start small it is not going to happen overnight but with each passing day that you choose to share yourself with the world your confidence will grow. Hatzlachah.

When one is in therapy they can no longer turn a blind eye to the harsh reality of the situation, when its an open book and you have to face how much you have suffered and why you can no longer do so.
Parents who treat married children like exalted visitors when they come for yom tov but treat the single children like indentured slaves because things like serving food, taking away dishes, washing dishes, and other chores are beneath the married ones.

I was in therapy for about 5 years and looking back i think it literally saved my life and i feel no shame for having gone.
