    do people actually get their news from here? i just tried reading one story, and i couldn’t make it past the second paragraph. just to make sure it wasn’t an aberration, i clicked on the next story. same deal.

    i mean, i took it as a given that the substance itself would be poor. i’m just kind of surprised that a website would pay someone actual money to write like a fourth grader trying to blog for a school project (lol @ 5 years of “social media experience”). then again, when all you’re trying to do is hawk miles4cash scams i guess that’s all you need.

    They stated that he’s a chossid (for those who can’t tell from the picture! !!) Why the need to go into the detail of what he wears on his head on shabbos? Maybe they should also write if he eats galla or ptcha on Shabbos. Its irrelevant what he wears unless they are trying to be divisive by focusing on that point. I don’t want to get into this whole thing because its not a healthy topic. Just read the article and tell me if that line doesn’t stand out like a sore thumb. Its a statment of some sort and I don’t believe its an advertisement for streimels.

    instead of wasting my time explaining all that is wrong with the sentences, I’ll just correct them:

    still sounds stupid and irrelevant, but it will have to do.

    2. Declining to respond in person, Assemblyman Dov Hikind issued a statement on his lightly-trafficked personal blog. In the statement, Hikind denied pushing his loyalist, Chaim Israel, to run for City Council in the 44th district.

    this one was tough to salvage because it was a horrible run-on.

    Its a statment of some sort

    It’s relevant to the story; it shows which demographic he’s trying to reach. I think you’re making something out of nothing.

    you mean to tell me that ywn would fabricate a story to drum up their new political “blog” (i use even that term loosely)? color me surprised.
