Flattering your customer with false, pre-packaged words of appreciation may work sometimes, but the right thing to do is to give them the service they are paying for.

Teenagers need to have cell phones for safety when they are not in school. This may sound like a radical idea, but it’s not unheard of for teens to sometimes see the outside of those school walls.
