There are many Mesechtos in Sha”s that were “neglected” until Daf HaYomi came along and took them out of the attic.

Maybe your home is filled with Sholom Bayis (I hope it is)

but for a husband and wife to hold hands albeit only at home is contrary to kedusha and tehara.

You don’t appreciate the kedusha and tehara of the Gerrer Chassidim, Ok I understand you. You know why?

Once a Mizrachi came to the previous Gerrer Rebbe the Pnei Menachem Zt”l, and asked him why Ger needs to be so restrictive in it’s ways (Bochurim didn’t go into groceries etc.), I go to Tel Aviv all the time, he said, and I don’t feel anything when I see women.

    The Pnei Menachem answered him:

If you go to the desert and you see Bedouins walking barefoot on the sand and rocks, and it doesn’t even bother them, do you perhaps think, why is it that I need to wear shoes and even with shoes, if a small pebble gets into my shoes it greatly disturbs me, and here they are walking around like this, as if nothing happened?

The answer is, obviously it doesn’t hurt them because walk like that so often that they are insensitive to the dirt and pain. So is true in our case, said the Rebbe, our chassidim are so clean and eidel that every little think does bother them, but doesn’t this make you a Bedoiun.!?!?!

To all my Bedoin freinds in the Coffe Room… ?????

    The Prof1 –

You say that “We in Ger” as if you’re a Gerrer Chassid, Well based on what you say later you sure ain’t one.

Ger has like BP Totty says Chumros that go way beyond Tznius.

And like he said it don’t belong on this forum

    I would recommend A.K.A.pella 3 called “Adaptation”.

It has much better songs than Platinum.

I listened to it tons of times and couldn’t get enough of it.

Pretty good joke, the one part that you got wrong is the “R'” part, Gerrer Chassidim don’t call each other by the title of R’,

When I listen to music it’s not about who can take the highest notes, it’s about good music, a good voice, and good singing.

while shwekey has a good voice, some good songs, he doesn’t sing to well

I heard that the Yankees are interested in Lee regardless,

BTW, I’m curious why the Mariners didn’t make it to the Post season, even while having Cliff Lee for a decent amount of time this season and while having King Felix (who btw is a cy young winner candidate) and Ichiro Suzuki

If you have internet at home and accesible to your children (which in itself is highly frowned upon), you can’t look over your childrens shoulder on the level that your implying you should, because if your going to start staring into exactly which thread your children are on even in a Kosher website, that sounds like a potential problem.

    Sacrilge

I said “just for the sake of argument”, if you ask me, keep these threads coming, I really like it

    talmud,

It’s just beautiful, the one problem I have with it is that Avi Fishoff produced a song called “Hearts of Gold” that is unbeleivably beautiful, and also features alot of singing talent, but over there the singers each have slightly longer lines each. What I’m saying is, that I think they should have given each singer alittle more lyrics.
