ha ha! its hard!!!!! these past few days i had the craving to eat the most fattening things at NIGHT! lol! i gained 4 pounds! am i happy? no! so what i did was, i did some excersize! and i told myself that i HATE bein fat! duh! now i lost 5 pounds!!!! beleive it or not! its really exciting!!!

COSTELLO: Thanks. I’m setting up an office in my den, and I’m thinking about buying a computer.

COSTELLO: I don’t own a computer. I want to buy one.

i just stuck my mini memory card in the big one, and stuck taht into my computer. open with folder. copy and paste the songs you want from itunes- or any other folder. once you see its on. you can remove the memory card and stick into phone. i can explain to you how to get to it from there, but i dont know wich fone u hav.
mine, i go to main menu, tools, mass storage, file manager, than i select: “memory card” and it should be there.

these things just happen! usually when someone isnt happy with who they are and they look for a better life, and than it just gets “better and better” OR SO THEY THINK! of course we know its just getting worse and worse! its really hard to get out of it!

i agree with frim- i set it for haf hour b4 i needa wake up and keep on clicking snooze, so when its time to wake up, im not TOTALLY sleeping (since i was sort of awake this past haf hour) but i did sleep… and i can get up not being so tired!
