deyzigoor: Yet the Conservative gittin are invalid. So how are their remarriages for women not mamzeirim?

And wasn’t most parshas this year single? Why was this one double? Did Hillel set the calendar which year has double-parshas?

You still must minimize to the extent possible your encounters with untznius women.

Sam: In that case, there well may be a mamzeirus issue upon a remarriage (since the get may be invalid.)

You counted every single Rishon’s view?

Even if you did, many Rishonim’s writings were lost long ago.

Let me lookup the source, but in the meantime a point to ponder is that it is permitted to walk on the street when necessary even though there are obviously totally untznius women on the street. That point does not make it permissible to look at the untznius women.

always runs: Since non-Orthodox gitten (divorces) are invalid, IF non-Orthodox marriages were valid, and a woman got a non-Orthodox divorce and then remarried her subsequent children would c’v be mamzeirim. But Rav Moshe paskened that non-Orthodox marriages are NOT valid, so there is no mamzeirus issue.

Abelleh: The words that you quote and are complaining about are the words of the Maharal, not of a poster here. And you are also incorrect about the majority of Rishonim.

Men aren’t allowed to see a married woman’s hair bchlal. The restriction isn’t only during brochos.

Even if the woman’s rabbi gives her a heter (which seemingly is only applicable while on a date in any event), the employers rov may not hold of such a heteirim and he is forbidden from seeing her with uncovered hair.

That Igros Moshe places heavy restrictions on that heter. Including that it can only be uncovered while she is on a date, plus she must immediately inform her date she is divorced, etc.

OCD isn’t a characteristic of Aspergers, although some may suffer from that too. In any event, I think that would be something you would see more with a child than adult.

They have nothing to do with Satmar. Satmar condemned those loudmouths. In fact this media savy group that calls themselves NK, aren’t even the real NK who are a relatively small group and was started by tzadikim.

Unfortunately, some who need treatment deny it, causing tremendous hardship for their spouses, children, family and friends (if they have friends) without them recognizing the damage they are causing. Their social ineptness hurts others who can’t understand their apparent aloofness, social ineptness and disinterest. It is only apparent, since they do take interest yet don’t let others know.
