Actually I do have direct knowledge or BCC it is a 2 year community college and many of its graduates go on to 4 year colleges after graduation, sam2 is correct I have spent some time on campus I even attended its graduation once and it is a very nice environment not at all like SOME dormitory colleges.
Your still wrong rema to condemn Brookdale if you have no direct knowledge of it sweeping generalizations as i said earlier are just wrong you said Brookdale is a treif place without having any knowledge about it.

This is what concerns me FFBBT613 there are phases of life when we are born are parents take care of all of our needs when we grow we learn to do certain things on our own like dressing ourselves for instance then as we get older we learn to be more and more independent, after childhood is early adulthood this is where you stop being a child and start being an adult, my point is this you want to be a couple but you are not an individual yet you should have some time before marriage where you are self sufficient and then you should in my humble opinion think of getting married, this is not to imply that you are not mature enough for marriage but just not grown up enough imho i hope i have not hurt your feelings in any way.

I have to think the reason some girls end up in the situation where they are supporting their family alone and are unhappy is because of low self esteem and fear, maybe they think that if they dont go along with the program and decide to be the sole breadwinner than maybe they wont get married so they figure ok so i will be working all the time and taking care of the house and kids but at least i will be married! that i think is a dangerous mindset.

But my question was do you have any first hand knowledge of this occurring at this campus please answer, Brookdale is not a College with dormitories and such the students do not live on campus to my knowledge so it appears to me you are making a generalization about colleges in general but just like all Yeshivas as not the same all colleges are not the same either.
