I always make sure to know beforehand if its a high traffic place, I think its insensitive to the girl if she’s “seen” by people she that know her. Basically the girls don’t need the town to know who she going out with. As a guy I don’t mind who sees me with who but, I do it for the girl.

Respecfully explain to him why you can’t have him anymore and, if in the future he feels he can restrain himself from saying such things he can let you know and he’ll be invited once again. As much as he doesn’t agree with you he will understand that its important for you and your children more importantly not to hear such things.

Toi- oy vavoy! On you and your chosson teacher. Halacha teaches a man to love his wife like himself and respect her more than himself.

I wonder how well ur marriage is doing with that attitude, which totaly against halacha and hashkafa.

Can’t fall asleep, what do I do

Should I get a drink or something to chew

My mind is wandering in many a different way

But awake it seems to stay

I’ve been sitting at the beach with a beautiful sunset

I was handeling with a client and his goals I’ve met

I was skiing the alps how mighty indeed

But sleep is really what I need

I see myself at the seder one week in advance

I’m reading a book my memory to enhance

I was coversing with people I don’t know

Its almost 4 am, OH NO!

Come on just close ur eyes

And whisper to the conscious world my good byes

But I’m still awake and shouldn’t be

Tomorrow is nearing its almost Mondee

Maybe I should just close my eyes

And pretend to be sleeping like a disguise

I did that already for quite some time

In a few hours my clock will chime!

    Hum….

I got it, better planning is what I have to start

Wake up earlier Sunday morning would habe been smart

I would have been tired by now

    O Holy Cow!

    Oh I’m getting drowsy yippie

    ….

    ..

I want to mention a yesod that one should keep in mind about tefilla:

The mashul goes like this: One day Bill Gates’ son call him up and says in a low voice, Dad I need to meet with you. What is it about son? Well, dad Its really important and I would really like to meet you to discuss it. Ok son, tomorrow at 9:00 am be at my office. Son shows up at 9:00 and says, dad I really hope you can help me I really need some help. What is son? Tell me. Well dad I need a loan. Ah, I figure it would be about money. Dad I really hope you can do this for me, I need a loan of $1. What! (Dad explodes) do you even knoe who ur asking this from?

Seems silly of the son, don’t it?

When we come and daven to our creater, our father in heaven, we must realize that we are talking to and asking from the Al-Mighty the creator of the universe and all that’s in it,and for Him to send you a wife a child or a job or anything that you’re asking of him is effortless. Hopfully this will help you in your appreciation for tefilla.

May all your tefillos be answred l’tova

Rambam writes that one has to help a ani with the full some that he needs and if he can’t afford the whole ammount he needs to give up to a fifth of his wealth. Not just give him some and have get the rest elsewhere.

The aruch hashulchan explains the rambam, that is in the times of the bais hamikdosh where the vast majority of jew were wealthy and very few needed help. However, in todays time where there are many aniim and noone can afford to give like that, one should give what he can and the ani will get from the next fellow too.

So, to answer ur question,if that’s what u can afford kol hakavod! when you give the guy a quarter, three more (takes approx. 30 seconds its one dollar a few more and another dollar then then guy who gives each guy a dollar. Hpefully he’ll collect what he needs.

Feel good that ur helping someone out.

Zk- yup that is what happened at the wedding I was at.

Btw the chosson isn’t a real na nach at all, he has a lot of friends who are and enjoys the pump, but you’ll never catch him saying nanach.

Sam2- is the halacha any different for a married couple(not choSson and kallah) to dance together at a wedding?

OP-Some people will look u up and down, some will even comment. However, nobody and no force in existance has the power over how you think of urself.

Ultimately, that’s all that matters, because how u think of urself is how you act and is who you become.

If ur feeling down and not in the mood

Go for a jog u really should

40 minutes and you’ll feel refreshed

    All ur worries you’ll forget

Move around its really good for ur feel

After a workout you feel real

Like u can accomplish anything that you wish

Make sure to a good protein dish

Its amazing how much we can do to our psyche

By hitting the treadmill or riding that bike

Move move move and move again

Take care of that which was given to u by Hashem

If u suffer from any depression or mood is down

Hit the gym and gone with ur frown

I guarantee it you feel great

Move move move its never too late.

Challahback- yes u should feel bad. As a member of Chaverim I can tell you that sometimes it can get quite hectic with calls coming in and and a call back to you can be overlooked.

Tips: Our Chaverim doesn’t allow us to take any tip for fear that people will hesitate to call if they don’t have money on them. When one offers a tip, we give them an envelope and they send it directly to chaverim office.

A little about the life of a chaverim member: we are here for you whenever you call, personally I’ve crawled out of bed at 2,3,4,5,6 in the morning to change a tire. Boost a battery etc. So if you need us please call don’t matter time of day. In the dead of the night it may be a longer response time, but were glad to be of help to you.

Regarding abusing the Org. Well if you know that ur batt needs a boost every time to start, yeh thats a little.. Also, check ur gas guage so you don’t run out of gas bu if you do we’ll be there. Just some preventive measure so u won’t need us.

Dash- is that the reall #?

Btw even if you’re guaranteed to have purchased the winning numbers, you spent all that money and are not guaranteed to be the sole winner of let’s say 200 million. 20 people could have bought the the winning numbers. Then what? Bad investment! But I wonder how many jackpot winners there are on average? Hey this might just be a new way to make some dough. Wo is to the man that buys all combinations besides the winning one! Check ur 22 million tickets carefully!
