wow well actually my bros class did that they had a conferance call in the morning for 2 hours took a 2 hour break and had another 2 hour session! b”h i dont have to do that it would be brutal and quite the waste of a snow day!

sleep late (well too late now) have a really good breakfast, something that you dont get to do too often… mom made us pancakes twas pure bliss! ;-)just chill and relax school’s exausting! i mean at this time if we were in school we would be sitting in koheles class!!!!! im enjoyin doin absolutely nothing except sitting on my couch!

pashutah yid u completely missed my point! i was trying to say that it is not smart to pick 1 of two bad things bc your choice and the words you say can be very powerful. I was explaining that it probably is not smart for someone to decide whether they want to be in emotional or physical pain because we dont want either of them, and this could cause ayin hara upon us. The story was just an example of whats happening here. Two girls decided between two bad things which would be better and the way they chose brought ayin hara and it came true. I’m not sure if the story is true, and dont feel the need to go into the pros and cons of each side, but just hope you understand my real point!

i feel sometimes it is better to text even ppl in authority if you have permission only!!!! Sometimes people aren’t available to talk and if you have a quick question you can just text quickly its much better. Also it is easier at times to text someone if you aren’t in the mood to talk about it and it can be worked out that way instead. But i do agree texting can really ruin things at times and can cause some ill feelings!

i have had this happen to me a few times. Once i went to the doctor twice insisting i had an ear infection and it ended up i had an infection in my mouth! i also had lots of pain in my ears and head all around from wisdom teeth and also from sinus’s. So it may be worth goin to the dentist FEEL BETTER!!!!!

im also applied to meohr!!!! Meohr doesnt have a dress code because rabbi greenwald stresses individuality. Also he feels that if he can teach a girl to dress tzniusly in sem then after they will keep dressing tzniusly in the future so i liked that! of course they have some rules so things dont get out of hand like no jean skirts, no words on any tops and length and tightness needs to be ok. I hear that they dont ban non jewish music from the dorms and there may be girls doing things that you wouldn’t do so you just need to pick and choose good friends that you can grow from! Come on – he didn’t say he rejected her because of her weight, he said he didn’t find her attractive. That may have been because of her weight but he is entitled to want to be attracted. And I say that as someone who is overweight, as were my parents (we call it ‘fluffy’, not fat)

i know bnos chava is a pretty intense interview so be a bit prepared i hear you should know the upcoming parsha inside and out and have a davar torah ready to. Also know what you are learning and up to in the main subjects… Good Luck!!!

Mrs. Ullman actually spoke to my grade in school and told us about it. She seems like such an amazing person we were all in awe!!!! she told us she wasnt there to sell her seminary, but it is what it is and if anyone is interested then ok… she made it sound like bjj with a lot more hashkafa and geared towards a girl who is very smart works hard and gets good grades but wants to grow and learn more about life. She explained how she is very into her machshava classes like cholvos halvavos and brings out a lot of hashkafa through music and that type of stuff. Even though they have a lot of classes for lessons about life lessons and hashkafa they have a great curriculum for the other subjects like chumash and navi as well. she even has this huge assigment planned that you pick a topic and bring it out from a lot of different naviim and kesuvim basikly writing your own sefer! point is it’s very accademic!!!! its the type of sem that girls applying to bjj and mesoras rochel apply to and she said that straight out that it gonna be up there like bjj… hope this helps if you have any other questions feel free to post!!! it sounds like such an amazing seminary i cant even tell you!!!

I am one who has a bit of a hard time listening to speeches but Rabbi Orlovsky and Rabbi Paysach Krohn are both so amazing! They are sooo entertaining and always have great stories Rabbi Gottleib from ohr somach is also really good really knows what he’s talkin about!!!! is there any other speakers that tell lots of stories or are extra entertaining im looking to broaden my horizons!

I think people just say stupid things to make others think things some are kinda obvious but others are kinda tricky like me…!
