I still disagree with the premise told to the OP. The neshomo yeseira leaves, but the guf yeseira remains. 🙂

Wolf, you gave two reasons that visitation should not be withheld. You wrote that a child needs both parents, and that it’s a parent’s right to see his child (I agree with both).
If it were only for the sake of the parent, withholding a get would be unthinkable.
Isn’t it at least reasonable to consider the udea of withholding a get, though, for the other reason, to force the non-compliant parent to allow the child to have a relationship with both parents?
(For this discussion, I will consider the woman’s nonacceptance of the get to be the same as the man’s withholding it.)

Yes, if you don’t register your cards you won’t get the credit. They also say that their are limited slots, so register early.
By the way, you’re right that it’s only $10 this year, but many stores are automatically registered. If they’re on the Small Business Saturday Map, they qualify.
They also eliminated the credit for online purchases. Does this mean, gotbeer, that anyone selling online is not a small business?

I think he listed every hirhur which is inherently assur – avodah zarah, chemdas hamamon (lo sachmod), arayos (acharei eineichem), hirhur Torah in inappropriate venue.
The quote from the Dover Shalom indicates that others aren’t inherently assur.

Apushatayid is right. Fundraising money subsidizes tuition for the neediest parents, and the tuition committees try to allocate scholarships according to the level of need.
