If advil doesnt help then try Aleve its stronger.

I never read the book but I dont beleive in it. Cuz I think if there is a problem then you got to solve it. I think this book works on your mind but doesnt relax the tension of my jaws.

I have been suffering from TMJ for years. I already went to many doctors.

1- A very big specialist told me once: “TMJ cannot be cured it can only be helped.” Whatever works for you thats what you should do. I know that when I’m under any kind of stress I start feeling it on my jaw.

2- He also told me that moitrin is the best because its special for muscles and takes away the stress. Tylenol wont help you for this problem. Some days I take moitrin every 4 hours and it helps.

3- When you go to a dentist make sure that he is experienced and knows what hes doing. I went to a few dentists already and most of them just make you a guard and are NOT TMJ specialists. These night guards made my TMJ worse.

G’luck and feel good, I know how bad it can feel.

P.S. I have a TMJ headache now! Its not easy but I learned to live with it and how to handle it.

I would like to benefit from a toy gemach. Babies grow quickly and need new ones according to their age. I dont have the place and money for it. I wish I can trade some good toys with other people.

My family decided to skip the cake this year and instead to make diff. salads for each seudah. Even though they have dips that are not so healthy but its atleast better than cake.

Be Happy, that makes it even harder. Every day I appear strong and try to help the close ones that are suffering but after a day of being the strong one I come home drained and sad too. At home I can be myself and cry for my loved ones. Both of them b”h have a very good diagnosis but they need surgery and treatment and it is very hard.I want to be on the other end of the bridge already.

About screening, you are so right. If not for the screening I dont want to think what couldve happened.

THank you Mosh3 for bringing up this thread again. I started it when I really needed chizuk for someone close to me. It was good to read it again since I can still use it.

I cannot say this cholehs name in public but you can say tehilim for klal yisroel which will ofcourse include this person and will IY”H have a complete refuah.

I own a very good SD Camera and use it all the time. I get lots of compliments of the pics I take. I know all features but I find that I need to move on to something more.

    What is my best option?

    Tickets Please

Three Jews and three gentiles are traveling by train to a conference. At the station, the three gentiles each buy tickets and watch as the three Jews buy only a single ticket.

“How are three people going to travel on only one ticket?” asks one of the gentiles.

“Watch and you’ll see,” answers a Jew. They all board the train. The gentiles take their respective seats but all three Jews cram into a restroom and close the door behind them.

Shortly after the train has departed, the conductor comes around collecting tickets. He knocks on the restroom door and says, “Ticket, please.” The door opens just a crack and a single arm emerges with a ticket in hand. The conductor takes it and moves on.

The gentiles saw this and agreed it was quite a clever idea.

So after the conference, the gentiles decide to copy the Jews on the return trip and save some money. When they get to the station, they buy a single ticket for the return trip. To their astonishment, the Jews don’t buy a ticket at all.

“How are you going to travel without a ticket?” says one perplexed gentile.

“Watch and you’ll see,” answers a Jew. When they board the train the three gentiles cram into a restroom and the three Jews cram into another one nearby. The train departs. Shortly afterward, one of the Jews leaves his restroom and walks over to the restroom where the gentiles are hiding. He knocks on the door and says, “Ticket, please.”

You can stay in Bethleh, Littleton or Loon Mountain area. Arlington Hotel is old but provides food if you stay anywhere else you need to take along food.

rryr, I just visited NH and had a beautiful vacation! We stayed at loon and was very nice. I do think that the hotel is a bit overpriced. I think they take advantage of all the yidden staying there.

I would find a cheaper hotel in the area next time and come to Loon only for minyan.

ABout attractions, there are many to chose from. Look at all the brochures at the hotel lobby and ask for help at the front desk.

I have the Ipad and I love it. It’s the best thing I ever splurged on.

THe Ipad should be the best, but the Kindle might be better for reading. I am not sure since I do not read much but rather do my work on it.

smartcookie, ha ha I was so tired, had a tough fast then couldnt sleep at night so my brain wasnt working…

No, Embassy Suites is very resonable since they take it out as a group rate and no food provided. (Less than $300 a room for two nights)
