    True R.E. but as YadVasgem and historians state, the increased mass murder came about more, after Op. Barbarosa.

    Dear @ujm.

    In general, I try, to express what in IMHO (lan”d) is correct. Not ‘personal’ things.

    Which is why I want to add, that even if someone is a victim for belonging to Am Yisroel, as a Jude, or as a Yahood (see ADL reveals 93% of Gaza/West Bank holding Anti-Semitic views. 2014 and 2020), he/she might have a right to forgive the personal part, but not the anti-Jewish motive, part.

    We are compassionate towards all people.
    But, ‘Forgiving’??? Is another matter. That should be asked by the victims themselves – individually, each and everyone.

    As a Tzibur, who has the right to forgive on behalf of the Kdoshim victims?

    And this goes to ANY anti-Jewish crimes, anywhere past/present. Including by:
    Stalin in Russia or which AAQ mentioned;

    Kantonists;

    or 1492 Spain;

    ת”ח ות”ט Gzeirot;

    Kishinev 1903 pogrom;

    or 1929 Hebron;

    1934 Algeria;

    German Nazis and their collaborators [Vidkun Quisling, the Belgians had Leon Degrelle, the Dutch – the Waffen-SS unit, the largest outside Germany, the Ukrainians Stepan Bandera, the Russians – General Andrey Andreyevich Vlasov and that Azov Battalion] especially 1941-44;

    Mufti’s 1941 Farhud Baghdad for that matter.

    etc. etc. etc.
    (Just mentioned random events , did not mean to exclude others) .

    Of course there were also Chasidei Umot haOlam (Righteous among the Nations) in Ukraine too. There were many levels among the Europeans. (As there are always differences in the הלכה בידוע…)

    There is also that inspiring tragic story where Nazis ordered Jews to bury Ukranians, they refused, they ordered Ukranians to bury the Jews and they refused, the diabolical Nazi shoved a bit of sand with his feet and tried to blame it on the Jews… and they were all murdered by the Nazis.

    Nazis Bury Alive Old Jews and Ukrainians for Refusing to Inter Each Other, JTA, November 27, 1942.

    But the bad Ukranians hunted Jews, unrelated to collaboration with Nazis, but on their own choice. And there was a viciius reason why Nazis also employed them in concentration camps, their cruelty, notorious.

    Arabs are Arabs

    Are Arabs with an Israeli ID and Arabs who are defined as Palestinians with a diffedrent ID and who live in more dangerous areas are of a different “race”?

    Not saying that the Arab Palestinians inside Israel, also known as Israeli Arabs, their masses were not siding with the enemy (last year at Guardian of Walls) and many attacked Jews, including Haredim who refuse to go to the army.

    Israel acts according to protecting its civilians. Not according to “race.”

    Documentation from Mea Shearim two months ago: Police officers enter the Toldot Aharon Shuk and arrest an uninvolved guy

    You must see this!
    About two months ago, the police made arrests in Mea Shearim, when they passed the Toldot Avraham Yitzhak Shul, a cup of coffee was thrown at them, without thinking too much, the policemen entered the beit midrash and looked for someone to arrest, just caught a guy with no connection to the incident, beat him violently unjustifiably. ..

    By chance, the guy learned there’s a camera in the beit midrash, went and searched until he found the documentation to send it to me. Now imagine if it was not documented?

    Ahh ,,, surprised.
    One of the policemen who beat him violently is also complicit in the violent arrest of Haim Mizrahi.

    Thus guy has clarity:

    Seffi Kogen on Twitter (Dec 19-20 ’21):

    “Chile just elected an antisemitic president. No, not the far-right guy whose dad was literally a Nazi, the far-left guy who 2 years ago reacted to receiving honey for Rosh HaShanah by saying Chile’s Jews should “ask Israel to return illegally occupied Palestinian territory.”

    I mean, what kind of sociopath gets a jar of honey from a tiny religious minority (meant as a wish for a sweet Jewish new year) and replies by mocking that religious practice and demanding that those Jews (who are Chilean, not Israeli) take accountability for Israel’s actions?

    The answer, by the way, is one who can count to 500,000, which is the number of Palestinians in Chile (compared to just 18,000 Jews), as long as that person is calculating enough to try to pit minorities against one another to climb the political ladder.

    I must say, it’s been, uh, interesting watching journalists like @Travis_Waldron, @SominiSengupta ,@BorisvanderSpek, and others write and tweet about this result without ever once mentioning Boric’s racism against Jews.

    Hence, it’s part of overall discrimination . Especially in light of Omer Bar Lev rationalizing Arab terror while generalizing an entire population , which Bennet criticized him about.

    _________

    Shilo Freid, Makor Rishon, 8 Tevet 5782. (12/12/2021):

    Minister Bar-Lev tried to explain the reason for the attack on “Shimon Hatzadik”, the right revolted.

    In an interview given by the Minister of Internal Security on Channel 12, he explained that the girl was arguing with her parents, and therefore stabbed a Jewish woman. “If you will” response: “Stop making excuses for antisemitic terrorists”
    ..

    MK Simcha Rotman … attacked Minister Bar-Lev’s statement and said: “I to Tommy thought that the role of the Minister of Internal Security was to thwart terrorist attacks, not to give them excuses. In Israel there are many people with personal problems. They do not go and do “Attacks. The Minister of Internal Security who justifies the attacks is delusional, but apparently those who are in coalition with the Hamas sister movement are very quick to come up with ideological support for terrorism.”

    ___

    Makor Rishon, 10 Tevet 5782. (14/12/2021):

    Bennett in response to Bar-Lev’s words: “It is forbidden to include an entire public.”

    Prime Minister Naftali Bennett responded to Bar-Lev’s remarks a day after the Secretary of Homeland Security spoke with a representative of the US administration about “settler violence.”

    __

    Hillel Bitton Rosen, NOW14, 11 Tevet 5782. (15/12/2021):

    Police sources: The statement about the settlers’ violence is political

    Settler terrorism? Nationalist crime? Sources in the police and the defense establishment disagree with Minister Bar-Lev’s statements.

    Sources in the police: “Our preoccupation with Judea and Samaria is almost exclusively with terrorism and Arab crime. To say that Jewish nationalist crime should be dealt with as a central goal is a statement that stems from the change of government and nothing more. And to concentrate effort. ”

    Other members of the defense establishment reinforce the words of those officials in the police and say: “There is no doubt that in Judea and Samaria the main problem is Arab terrorism. We work around the clock to thwart terrorist attacks, and despite this there are hundreds of terrorist incidents.”

    In recent months, there have been about 400 terrorist attacks per month perpetrated by Arabs against Jews, around the clock, some of which have resulted in bodily and mental injuries.
