Random – From what I read, there is no legal requirement to report that kind of compensation. But even if true, that’s not the worst aveira.

Ubiq – In New York State right through 2017 a 14 year old could legally marry (to anyone, of any older age.) NYS law specifically said so. In most states they don’t even have a minimum age for marriage. This idea that teenagers shouldn’t marry or have relationships with people in their thirties is very new even for the goyim in America. Not too long ago it was very common here. Until the end of WWII you could easily find American goyim marrying younger than 16; and in postwar America you still easily found 16 year old goyim marrying. (Actually, in the last 20 years just in NYS alone several thousand under 16 year olds got married.) Even today you constantly hear of rich very old goyim marrying very young girls. And by us Yidden Halacha makes very clear that it is supported and we see many many such examples throughout our history, including relatively very recently among Gedolim. 16 year olds frum Yidden marry today; and a few decades ago you easily found frum Yidden marrying younger than 16. My great-grandfather was in his upper 60s when he lost his first wife and remarried to a never married in her mid 20s. The Ribnitzer Rebbe was in at least his 70s when he remarried when she was in her 20s. She was only niftar a few years ago. The Chofetz Chaim’s young (second) rebbetzin was living in New York and passed away in the post-second world war period (and her kever is in Queens) .

That’s all aside from the fact that the accusations against Moore, made 40 years after they didn’t happen and conveniently a few weeks before his election, on charges no one ever heard before and he was never accused before in his long career, when he’s in his 70s now, are false.

“Onkelos then went and raised J the Nazarene from the grave through necromancy. Onkelos said to him: Who is most important in that world where you are now? J said to him: The Jewish people. Onkelos asked him: Should I then attach myself to them in this world? J said to him: Their welfare you shall seek, their misfortune you shall not seek, for anyone who touches them is regarded as if he were touching the apple of his eye.

Onkelos said to him: What is the punishment of that man, a euphemism for J himself, in the next world? J said to him: He is punished with boiling excrement. As the Master said: Anyone who mocks the words of the Sages will be sentenced to boiling excrement. And this was his sin, as he mocked the words of the Sages. The Gemara comments: Come and see the difference between the sinners of Israel and the prophets of the nations of the world. As Balaam, who was a prophet, wished Israel harm, whereas J the Nazarene, who was a Jewish sinner, sought their well-being.”

    Translation from Sefaria.

“yes the dating process as you describe it is unbalanced and the boy has the harder job. But that’s ok- because for the rest of the guy’s life, his wife will be cooking for him, cleaning up after him, picking up his socks from the floor”

Then it makes more sense for dates to be more balanced on the side of the girl doing things for the boy, so that he can see how she’ll be performing as a wife.

The Vilna Gaon wasn’t, in his time, accepted as the top leader by all of Klal Yisroel, either. So I don’t see how today is any different than the time of the Gaon.

It has been far from uncommon for Klal Yisroel to have had one widely acknowledged leader of leaders. The Chofetz Chaim, who lived during the lifetime of some Yidden alive today, is another recent example.

The mamzer wasn’t born on December 25th. That date was conveniently used to co-opt a pagan holiday on that date, when the Christians were trying to convert the pagans.

So-called moderate Republicans are those too timid meckelech, who I referred to, that are afraid of looking bad by returning fire with fire.

He was let go from the AL SC precisely for sticking up for the Ten Commandments (the first time) and sticking up for traditional marriage and against toeiva “marriage” (the second time.) That’s what America needs; not the meckelech who say “oy, the Supreme Court ruled against common sense and traditional values, so we must now all fall in line with the new immoral zeitsgeist.”

“The guy” who the holiday is named after is a rasha merusha burning in gehenim ad hoyom hazeh in who’s name much much Jewish blood has been spilled.

    ————————————–
Joseph, im not saying your wrong but im just wondering if you have a source to back up your claim that yoshko is”burning in gehinom ad hayom hazeh”?

Takes2, do you need a source, too, that Hitler ym’s is burning in gehinom ad hayom hazeh? Hitler is a talmid of cheese ‘n crackers. For 2000 years Jews have been burnt at the stake, and all sorts of evil vicious murderous persecutions in his name, because of the religion, or whatever you want to call the thing/teachings, that he started/initiated/organized.

He lost because the Democrat dirty tricks machine of where one of their in-house outlets, the Washington Post, published false allegations against Moore, and its goal was successful.

And Republicans were too timid to respond in-kind by planting false allegations against Moore’s opponent, as Republicans are afraid to return fire with fire since they think of themselves as gentlemen.

Okay, so what we’ve established is…

Gentiles are considered married anytime a man and woman are living together, regardless of any formal marriage certification under gentile laws.

Gentiles are considered divorced from each other whenever one of the two decides to leave the others home.

The above means that a gf/bf (that aren’t married under the law) would be considered married under the Sheva Mitzvos.

Violation of the marriage carries capital punishment.

Question: Regarding the last point, does violating the marriage mean, like by us Yidden, that the violation occurred with a married woman? IOW, a married woman with any male not her husband means both of them are guilty. But a married man with an unmarried woman does not constitute guilt. Or by gentiles does even a married man with an unmarried woman constitute guilt?

My guess (without having looked it up) is that only the former constitutes guilt. (IOW, similar to how it works, in this regard, by Yidden.)

Many have argued that Rav Chaim shlita was the top gadol hador since Rav Elyashiv was niftar, like GAON said above, and Rav Shteinman zt’l and Rav Auerbach shlita came just after Rav Chaim.

A big reason why Rav Shteinman was accepted as the successor to Rav Elyashiv is because Rav Chaim told Klal Yisroel to do so.

Yichusdik, you’re making contradictory points. You’re saying the male gene pool is intact while the female isn’t as much. Then you’re saying that the females were attacked, introducing non-semitic male genes into our pool. You have to decide which story line you want to follow.

What I would submit is that you not pay attention to these gentile and secular genes professors’ theories about Jewish heritage and DNA. They keep changing their storyline, depending on who is looking to make a name for himself with the latest theory. They’re mostly not worth the academic papers they’re printed on.

Rav Kalisher was niftar prior to the advent of political Zionism. To call him a Zionist is a lie. To even insinuate her shared ideals of the later Zionists is a gross falsehood.

As far as Rabbi Teichtal, he was a small town rabbi who was never considered to be from the gedolim. He only changed his position regarding settling Israel after the war broke out.

He was willing to accept Uganda as a permanent Jewish nation.

The point being that Eretz Yisroel was no better to him, it just happened to be what became more politically feasible for them to try to claim legal sovereignty over. All he wanted was real estate to make a country out of.

A country that they wanted to have criminals like other countries, so it should be no different than gentile countries.
