I have a friend that sells real estate she always gets cheated on her comissions, well I feel bad for her, but she does ok. How many times people buy homes without paying the right comission? or sends people to look at it before them to avoid the comission. It is good to know there are honest people in this world. Hashem is going to bless you much more than could can imagine.

my son in law owns a gun my daughter is definitly opposed to the idea, well he hides very well so his kids do not see it, and if he hides it so good what good is it in case of an emergency it has to be available . So if you want a gun and you need to put it in a safe place let me ask you . What good is it in case of an emergency?

I live in Mexico City and crime is great. About few years ago there was a couple that kept a gun in their house, the mother went to the supermarket shopping and left the two small kids in the house with the maid. The next thing the little boy around five years old took out the gun and shoot his two year old sister to death. What a tragedy.!! The poor boy is always going to feel terrible that he killed his sister.

His sister was not able to live a full life. The parents well the parents you know how they must feel. And the community had to help them so they should not go to jail.I have a gun were I work I am terrified to even look at it. I do not get close to it and in case emergency I think I will never use it. Let Hashem protect me I work in a jewelery store.

yetzer hara I understand, but I think the main idea is that we forget that Hashem is the provider not the gobernment and it is Hashem that decided to create a system so people could learn in an easier way , so we have to say because of Hashem we have this programs and we are able to learn in an easier way not socialisim.

From experience I have seen very young kids depressed, and parents think that children cannot be. Well this is a warning for all parents please make sure your kids are not depressed and if so my advice is to work things out. I do not believe pills as a solution but an appropiate teraphy will help.

A frum woman has to be beautiful in the way she dresses, she always has to be clean, her sheitol has to be well combed, her hands have to be well trimmed and cleaned , her blouses and necks have to be properly cover, she should not go out in the street without stockings, the skirts should be long enough, and a frum woman every morning before she goes in the street and in her house she has to know that she is representing a holy nation , not only do it as a habit, she has to know she is doing a mitzvah and everyday she has to know this. When she is in the street or her house she has to be careful with her mouth, never talk bad words and always act properly, do not speak lashon hara and be tzeniut with everything she has and does. Think everyday, I do this because the Torah commanded me to do it. And everyday when she gets up and gets dress and has the right Kavanah, she gets the right reward. The intention is the most important thing in keeping tzeniut. I know people that cover their head with a sheitol because they want to look better. ex. movie stars that wear wigs; Well their intention is not to keep a mitzva so they do not get a miztva so tomorrow morning when you get up. Think and say it loud. I keep tzeniut because it is a mitzva. The reward is greater.

Be positive Remember a clean house, a clean mind. And the cleaner you are the happier you will be and your kids too. try to keep things easy. And teach everybody responsabilities, one picks up the table, the other one sweeps, the other one washes the dishes, one sets the table, etc. and give rewards when jobs are well done. Throw garbage away every night.

I am not talking about a couple that the husband is learning and by his learning supporting the whole Am Israel in spirituallity, when I refer to a person should not take government give outs, I am talking about a regular person that gets lazy to work and starts relying in government help to support his family and achive in life a good education for his children,to provide for his family and provide for the future generations of Am Israel. When a people fall into government programs they think they do not have any obligation toward their family and community and they do not strive for the benefit of themselves, their families or their communities. Some people just become lazy.

Yiddish, Yiddish, I told you before that Yiddish might be important in New York but here other places people who speak Yiddish are the least frum ones, Please explain.. Is it the languague or the way a person is suppose to carry himself, to learn torah, Yiddish could be a very beautiful languague and remind you of your grandparents but Torah above all is the most important thing, that is my humble opinion.

The problem is not why shouldn’t take it. The problem is why shouldn’t people work and try to improve the situation. Once a person gets used to govermnet programs it is going to be very difficult to advance in life, if you start making a little be over the limit you are going to loose all the money that the government gives you so psychological you are never going to succeed because you could loose your benefits and be in a worse shape for the rest of your life. I really believe it is a bad habit to depent on the government for the rest of your life. So go ahead and try to be succesful and you will succeed. It is better than looking for programs.

Wonderful of the United States to give so many programs that help people. In other countries like where I live there is not such a thing, or you work or you emmigrate to the United States to get the benefits. Benefits are great but they also make people fall into a rut and instead of wasting your time looking for programs why do not look for ways of making a better income, of course I am talking to a working person. Please do not take me wrong, but a working person is better than a person that is looking for programs, of course if you are not in kollel.

Well making a joke about a persons future is no joke. A person , girl or guy has to really think seriously about their future, and of course how much could you check, well meet the person and be smart always think . Why am I marrying this person>? Is it because all the girls in my class are already married or I really believe he is the right choice. Do not pressure somebody to marry just because they are the last ones in the class. Marriage is not a joke and a person has to look into it very carefully. Whatever that means. In Spanish there is a saying for every rupture theres a broken one. So a person is always going to find the right person for that particular person.

Once one of my kids had a red eye infection, and me living in Mexico took her to a pharmacy , in Mexico you do not need a prescription for antibiotics so I asked the person behind the counter to give me some eye drops, I bought them went home and applied it. She told me her eyes were burning, well they gave ear drops instead of eye drops. Can you imagine. I believe prevention is the most important part a person should eat plenty of fruit and vegetables and always go to the doctor for regular check ups. I know people that their lives have been extended just from regular check ups and sadly I know people that never wanted to go to a doctor and are not in this world anylonger.

Well all the affairs during the middle of the week start after ten in Mexico because all the balebatim have to learn every night so they always show up around ten, all sheva brachos start at that time, birthday parties, engagements, etc. Tonight I have an engagement party it will probably start at ten. And we have very few weddings during the week . Usually weddings are Sundays at 2 pm or 6 pm punctual. Sometimes couples wait a long time to get marry because everybody wants to get marry on Sunday. But the rabbis are pushing people not to wait and get marry during the week. So even before they go out they try to reserve the date. lol

make sure he brushes his teeth, is a clean person, showers everyday and its not cheap with money, a generous person will always make you happy and Hashem will always send blessings. He should have a nice character and never talk or raise his voice to you.

You should feel proud to be next to him. a good family is very important make sure the family is in a normal situation, like everybody should get along.

Check his past and make sure you are in your senses and do not look only for looks, looks are decieving and the most important thing he should be good. And please dont forget he should never ever raise his voice.

Well talking about weddings starting on time. In Mexico the community used to have a very big problem because the weddings never started on time until one day somebody thought of a great idea. Before the wedding the family gives a deposit around one thousand dollars if the wedding gets delay, the community keeps the money if they start on time they refund the money, and guess what. Everybody learned to be on time if they say wedding is at six, the wedding almost always starts at six, and so on. The only reason is because the community has a very big input on everything here and people have to pay.
