So what do you want to do to change that?

Or are you just going on the old soapbox?

Where they don’t vaccinate they’re causing other people to get it and it’s like feeding other people pork

    Katanhadorah,

If a shomer Torah umitzvos calls himself conservative does that make him one

The same is for the opposite

“State law mandates that all children between the age of 6-16 must be educated. The state can’t force them to vaccinate if they claim they are not doing it for religious purposes.“

So the same state law that’s mandating education is mandating vaccanation

So they’re in essence saying if you don’t vaccinate don’t go to school so if you want to send them to school you need to vaccinate

Secondly minimizing the holocaust and comparing it to the border and adding never again isn’t anti Semitic? What about only Democrats of color are Democrats(which can be extrapolated for Jews)

He told me to thank you for the well wishes and that he’s going to buy you a bulletproof vest (that’s not 100% effective) so you don’t have to worry about the guns and bullets that he’s going to give the gangsters and murderers that live on your block

And yeah money goes a long way to delay eminent death to 10 years instead, while being able to fund proxies all over the world

But he really loves you (he said something about if he had a son he would look like ubiq, then he said something about more flexibility after the elections, and then he said something about keeping doctors but I couldn’t hear him so well

    Vr67,

    You don’t understand liberals

A liberals law is his emotions,

Those poor helpless ILLEGALS aren’t breaking any law if you’re a democrat

Whereas if someone won the presidency through the electoral college he’s illegitimate

An abortion isn’t murder to a liberal (and for that matter pulling the plug) but don’t cut Garfield’s fingernails because it’s part of his bone

    MDG,

What kind of question is that? So what if his father in law wore a watch!

If a non gebroktzer had a father in law that gebrokt would he tell him not to?

    Obviously not!

Now if a rebbe that didn’t gebrokt had a talmid that did he obviously would say not to gebrokt in front of him

    Ubiq,

To answer your second answer’s question (I know sounds a little confusing) those rabbanim didn’t want the PC police coming after them and make their life miserable

A good example is the story of קמצא ובר קמצא but over here it doesn’t matter so much if they hold women’s suffrage or not because it’s already done with

In other words if you asked them 200 years ago they wouldn’t be afraid of saying no

    Ubiq,

How do you know they didn’t hold those things?

    1) did you ask them?
    2) even if you did maybe they didn’t want to get into an argument and have it spread that he holds those views

What type of mainstream rabbanim are you talking about we’re they litvish, chassidish, sfardim?

    Avi,

So they’re making themselves lose out for a bunch of רשעים that don’t want to move? Better yet have them pasken to their community that they should move

And your reply to uknow implies that everyone in chutz l’arertz is rich, and can make it in Israel

I’m not saying that one shouldn’t live in Israel

    I’m saying the opposite!

Posters comment whenever there is an antisemitic attack “move to Israel!” Making it like it’s the safest place which isn’t exactly true and there are countless other reasons why a person has to stay in חוץ לארץ which you agree to!

Not sure I was זוכה to understand”

Billam said he was יודע דעת עליון (he knew what Hashem was thinking) so I don’t know what is correct

And this is how I’m answering your first question

All I know is what my rebbe tells me and both my Rosh hayeshiva and the Rav of my shul left eretz yisrael and live in the states so it doesn’t seem like there’s a חיוב to move to Israel, and just like there are countless gedolim that live in the states

    Avi,

Even if you are correct that doesn’t mean that a Jew will be safe from antisemitism if he moves to Israel any more than if he moves to kiryas Yoel

I’m trying to say there’s no cure for antisemitism until moshiach comes (even if we all moved to Israel)

What you’re saying makes sense, however my main beef is when people make it sound like Israel is a utopian place where there is no שנאה which isn’t true

    Avi,

That might be how you were taught

I was taught that klal yisrael didn’t want to go in with a neis which was why they sent spies and once Moshe told them that Hashem wasn’t helping them that’s when they decided to fight (that’s why they said the inhabitants were stronger than them

“We are still atoning for cheit hamiraglim. And if Klal Yisroel dragged their heels when Moshe Rabbeinu attempted to lead them in, the general absence of encouragement by the majority of Torah-Jewry leaders does not bold well for us making the move”

    Dbrim,

If that was the חטא then why when they said they sinned and decided to go in that wasn’t a תשובה

    Obviously that wasn’t the חטא
