“Undercover – I thought seasons closed down.“
It did but someone bought it and reopened it
☕️coffee addictParticipantAlizgatt
That’s what this article is talking about
☕️coffee addictParticipant“I think everyone understands that the split of the 10 Tribes happened waaaay before Jews were categorized as A or S. I think the OP is just trying rile me up.”
That’s right I was doing it to rile you up because of all your stupid “sfardim are better than ashkenazim” posts and it did the desired effect
I really don’t understand why people have to find a need to differentiate between different segments of yiddishkeit it brings to mind the marvelous middos machine’s “ahavas chinam” song
Thanks to all who replied
☕️coffee addictParticipantMilhouse,
I’m sorry I’m not being clear
You stated
“No, because the “10 shevatim” are a myth. The gemara states as a matter of halacha that they don’t exist, and gives only three possibilities for what happened to them:
(1) Their exile only lasted a decade or two, until Yirmiyahu went to Chalach and Chavor and brought them back. If this is so, then most of us are probably descended from one or another of them.
(2) The first generation that was exiled had no children and died out. The only surviving members of those shevatim were those who were living in Yehuda at the time, or who found refuge there, and thus never went into exile with the rest of their tribes. Some of us are descended from them.
(3) The Sanhedrin, using the power the Torah gave it, declared them to be goyim. They can never come back. Again, the only Jewish members of those tribes are the descendants of those who never went into exile.“
I never said they were lost I said that they’re from them (the passuk says Ephraim which connotation the 10 tribes, Ephraim was their leader)
So what I assume you meant is that everyone married into everyone and there’s no “yehuda” or “Ephraim”
So I asked what does the passuk mean when it says yehuda and Ephraim
☕️coffee addictParticipant“Coffee Addict, what passuk”
Milhouse
“Yehuda won’t oppress Ephraim, and Ephraim won’t be jealous of Yehuda”
Joe
Hook line and sinker
☕️coffee addictParticipantMilhouse
Can you please explain the passuk according to you
☕️coffee addictParticipantI don’t think the passuk is talking about jealousy due to food Charlie
It’s talking about important things
☕️coffee addictParticipantYes it does you just don’t want it to
☕️coffee addictParticipantNeville,
Come again?
☕️coffee addictParticipantSo that answers your question
☕️coffee addictParticipantJoe,
Some claim yoshke is Hashem
☕️coffee addictParticipantInteresting so this “chashuva Rav” is arguing on the passuk because the passuk explicitly states jealousy (and believe me Ashkenazim aren’t jealous of sfardim it actually seems like the opposite based on your threads)
😜😜😜
☕️coffee addictParticipantJoe,
The עשרת שבטים in English is 10 shevatim for (the ones that split off from yehuda)
☕️coffee addictParticipant“So is a tree the same as a cat?“
Is there an organization like PETA for trees?
☕️coffee addictParticipantWhy would anyone want to rent a car in Israel it takes all the fun away and possibly puts the person in danger of accidentally going in an Arab town
☕️coffee addictParticipantIt shouldn’t be any different than declawing a cat which is now outlawed in California (I think, or maybe New York)
☕️coffee addictParticipantDefinitely not thav.
So how does a דגש make a difference for ת?
☕️coffee addictParticipantOr take pictures of the car yourself
☕️coffee addictParticipant“According to religious Zionists, galus is definitely not over, even for those living in Israel. We believe that the State of Israel is part of the geulah, but it’s not complete.“
So if that’s true that brings me back to my original question
“This is what golis is all about. You made your השתדלות now hashem wants you to leave.
Pack your bags and leave while you still can. בטל רצונך מפני רצונו”Maybe I should say that about the people who don’t want to be a part of the draft
☕️coffee addictParticipant“Galut (exile) is the situation of living outside of one’s land. “
So according to avi k גלות יון wasn’t galus and yidden have been Israel for thousands of years so I guess thereabouts galus edom (just btw during פרס ומדי there wasn’t 70 years of galus for those people that went back during דריוש the first
☕️coffee addictParticipantManitou,
So if I immigrated to Israel I experienced geulah without moshiach? Why are we davening for moshiach just daven that we should win the lottery so we could move to israel
☕️coffee addictParticipantExcellent point reform rabbi
So what defines galus?
☕️coffee addictParticipantLol 29,
I feel like I’m keeping a secret I don’t want to keep!
That’s part of the privilege of being a premium poster

Well that’s not saying much
A subway rat is probably more favorable than hizzonner
☕️coffee addictParticipantWhy didn’t my post go through?
Who’s premium
Sorry, my bad. We are trying to figure out the far reaching effects of disclosing said information to the NON premium members – 29
☕️coffee addictParticipant“CA: It wasn’t a dream. It was a while ago now, but when we met (it was a random coincidence that we even figured out that we know each other from here) you told me that meeting me is like a dream for you.“
🙄
I’m glad you’re not telling the truth for once (that would be a nightmare)
☕️coffee addictParticipantNo, I’m not joe
I remember posting that I had a dream that I met joe in his house but I can’t find the post
☕️coffee addictParticipantYabia
Do you pronounce ת thav or tav?
☕️coffee addictParticipantWhen the vasikan minyan is the main minyan it does
☕️coffee addictParticipantiacisrmma,
Thanks but I’m not a good leiner, in years past I used to do hagbah/pesicha
This year I was outbid ☹️
But don’t worry I didn’t fall asleep this year and I didn’t have a major headache either! (I bought a 5 hour energy but lost it so I subsided on 1 cup of hot coffee and 2 cups of iced coffee and I was fine BH
☕️coffee addictParticipantDavening is mostly fine it’s haftorah that’s the problem
☕️coffee addictParticipantI’m glad you’re not Hashem

May I ask, the places where they were detected was it on the side of the house facing your attached neighbors? If it was they have the problem and they will keep on spreading it to you even if you treat
June 7, 2019 7:16 pm at 7:16 pm in reply to: Bedbugs – advice and information request from desperate family #1740043☕️coffee addictParticipantHave a good shabbos, and Yom Tov and don’t let the bed bugs bite
June 6, 2019 9:23 pm at 9:23 pm in reply to: Bedbugs – advice and information request from desperate family #1739725☕️coffee addictParticipantMammale
She only has the bed bugs because of her neighbors in the attached house so moving (after washing her clothes and killing them by putting in the dryer) will get it to stop
I know someone that was on the same situation and once they moved it stopped (the bed bugs were in the walls of the old house
☕️coffee addictParticipantUbiq,
100% spot on
☕️coffee addictParticipantWell,
One day there was a mommy and a daddy and they had a baby and the baby grew and grew and grew until it had an idea to start a news website called Yeshiva World News
I hope that clears everything up
June 6, 2019 12:15 am at 12:15 am in reply to: Bedbugs – advice and information request from desperate family #1739240☕️coffee addictParticipantGood luck
My advice is to move AND FAST!!!

☕️coffee addictParticipantWhen I went years ago there was about two kosher restaurants
Google kosher Orlando
☕️coffee addictParticipantPlease describe what you mean by “Joseph-like powers”
☕️coffee addictParticipantLol autocorrect,
Passuk
☕️coffee addictParticipant“Stop being anti ashkenazi! For what purpose?“
Inferiority complex
The pass U.K. says when moshiach comes “efraim won’t be jealous of Yehuda”
☕️coffee addictParticipantWhy don’t we say hallel? It wasn’t a neis? (The same should apply today on Yom yerushalayim
☕️coffee addictParticipantDidn’t מצרים make a parade for יוסף?
☕️coffee addictParticipantNo unless they keep on hiking up the minimum wage
☕️coffee addictParticipant“Me.”
That, and that you can post anonymously and say things that hopefully won’t come back and haunt you
