Silly? How does one act silly? Beats me!
For the rest of the (Torah) world out there:
Shrek – Right on! You know my car?
This was evidently allowed to post by mistake.
I’m never on-line. Anyone ever saw me here?
That’s putting it nice! ???? ???? ??????
See! I got back to you!
btw Do you check for punctuation too?
balibatish = pertaining to home-owning
eclipse: both are correct ravchus & rachvus. Ravchus means plentiful, rachvus means broadness
Yes, it’s what I’m refering to. In any case, why be picky. Everyone has beauty in some fashion / aspect. The famous story in Gemorah where a Tanna found beauty to a woman having a fitting name.
In another post you write how you see beauty in everone!!!February 4, 2011 12:20 am at 12:20 am in reply to: Just curious …………. What does everyone do for a living? #1119670
I politely object. New Yorkes DO have nice and polite manners. (Living proof!) It’s just that the impolite stick out – and that there are more impolite in N.Y. than polite in OOT.
Just to remind you, not that I’m ???? you in the least, that shmiras hadibur applies to the written (in our case typed) word too.
We can’t actually ‘Hear’ over here..February 2, 2011 6:35 pm at 6:35 pm in reply to: Just curious …………. What does everyone do for a living? #1119631
Most people mind their own business (if they have one), others mind someone else’s business, abandoning their own.February 2, 2011 6:33 pm at 6:33 pm in reply to: Just curious …………. What does everyone do for a living? #1119630
The real answer is rely on HaShem. That’s what EVERYONE does for a living.
We Arabs never argue
Ha that is according to you
I say that we do
And I say we do not
And I say we argue a lot
I say we never did & never will
I say you be still ..
A Ton of Mon
Yeah, an open letter to the rioters. Kindly, pretty please, cool your engines, put away your toys (guns, knifes..) for a moment to read this open letter.
And yes, it’s confirmed, these were in existence many years before Yaakov Avinnu went down. Someone told me they are sort of connected to Idols/worship.
We have a wok we put on the stove top. We let it slow cook for about 1 1/2 each side (starting with skin side top – so it ends up crispy). When it’s finished it is exactly like barbecued chicken.
Is this the REAL-Men’s Thread or the REAL Men’s-Thread?
Does that mean we have to read your posts in light of your tone of voice?
They don’t know how to operate a door?
Might there be a problem with kashrus?
Even I knew that!
The main line – “Mrs…..,you are usually so pleasant and polite. If you are this upset, don’t worry,”…
Thanks for that line.
btw Rabbi Miller sais these high-paid $200/hour cheery-smiley-voice of sales reps or whatever are there for a reason. We have alot to learn from them. Just, we’re paid from Someone Else!
eclipse: tell them to try ???? ????!
You got me wrong, I meant that the Kohein Godol was separated from his wife seven days for a Para Adumah too.
Rabbi Miller writes that you don’t have to fly across the globe to find ‘Niflaos HaBorei’, expound on any miniscule growth HaShem has effected. Think about a human, food tree.
HaShem’s invention of a person is the other way around. At birth a baby has all the parts and pieces he will need through-out his entire life. No more parts needed. And all this in a TINY baby. He is already preprogrammed to want & cry for food, to self teach himself about his surroundings and how to use his body. This same baby will automatically ????? ??? develop to a full grown human. Think about it.
blueprints: One should not poke fun at Chazal.
Josh31: Para aduma too.
onegoal: I wrote before what I learn.
eclipse, What are you refering to?
eclipse & aries
I like both of your approaches.
Got back from where? – Might I remind you, THIS is YESHIVA world.
Funny, by Chasidim they have none of these issues. Meeting takes place in girl’s house (maybe HE get’s walked to the door – maybe not – no prob), no problem about where to go out, alot of extra anxiety simply falls away. Generally no communication during engagement (no one put on the spot – words we’ll have to eat the rest of our marriage), mixed head-table (Uh Oh – what do I talk / joke about for the rest of our wedding). Then the issue of finances – I think they have it easier – mostly a joint affair.
Why, do men also learn?
If they’re both imperfect, many.
From a LeiVi to one dog, then another (shorter life span), then a fox!
Based on the other thread it should be:
What did you do in dorm (instead of learning)?
I find that an unpardonable sin. To totally mess up a bachur’s life for the sake of entertaining a girl, the emotional rollercoaster – disgusting.
You sound perfectly sound to me!
Get away from the computer!
Or maybe, as Rebb. Eclipse sais, try ‘Google’ for Moogle.
I see. The main thing is learning, but all they talk about is..
My other imperfect half told me to go here. Now what?
They do it while standing
And I thought they learn in a Yeshiva..
Do you have bluetooth in your ear?
If I’m not mistaken, the Holy Chofetz Chaim wrote a whole peice (forgot where) about cronic complainers, it’s destructive effects and all ?????? that it causes.
So now we have a ?????? with a ???? and a ????, all of women by women for women! What’s this about daf gimel, (s)he wrote amud gimel, ever heard about that?
Become a pilot!
Seriously, try off-brand airlines on websites like sidestep, pricegrabbers. I got GOOD prices more than once.
I’m so wrong – what part?
Is it the part that I attested (first hand) of one man who got mired deeply in with a married…
