1)we all know that everything Hashem does is for the good, so with this being the case we all have a job & test of Having bitachon & emunah in Hashem & accepting the test that this tragedy is for the good (perhaps its time for us to accept the wakeup call for all of klal yisroel to do Teshuva together as one loving nation) if you need help in passing this test, then make yourself a daily learning session of sefer Chovos Halevovos (duties of the heart) to help bring you higher in faith & trust in Hashem & it will also bring you closer to our loving father Hashem the king of kings & ruler of the world.

    2) “the Hardest Mitzva” a big tzaddik (i forgot his name) said at the end of his life when he was asked this question his hardest was: not thinking of Hashem or Torah while using the facilities & relieving himself.

May Hashem give us all hatzlacha to accept all the tests we are given throughout our lives & work on passing all nisyonos because each test a person passes raises him & brings him 1 step/level closer to Hashem until s/he has reached the level & ready to be welcomed into the true world above-“where this special chosson & kalla are now”-from this temporary world we are in now which is just a path for everyone to take to the true world above.

Do not go after your heart and eyes for pleasures that are forbidden.

Today we are sadly living in the generation of self centered Ness and instant gratification. We do know how to hold ourselves back from running after every desire and pleasure in the world today. And each a person does it is a sin. It doesn’t need to be running after eating treif or a guy etc… to do the forbidden sin of do not go after your desires.

so don’t corrupt your yetzer hara mind into thinking that because the singer changed the song into jewish words that now its a jewish song. Besides for copyright stealing from the singer who composed the song, it also effects your neshama when you listen to these rock or jazz etc… songs

Hashem runs the world, all the businesses in the world including Apple & Facebook etc… & everyone’s parnassah. One day your a rich Company owner & the next day your claiming bankruptcy. Save yourself now & never depend or believe in the money you are holding & instead believe in Hashem sending you Parnassah.
(livlihood) your income is already decided on Rosh Hashana, the only difference is a special gift only given to the human being & that is the gift of free will. will you be making $80,000 honestly or instead $100,000 dishonestly & get $20,000 of damage to your house or car Chas v’shalom, that is YOUR CHOICE of free will to decide.

If you ever need any help stop depending on Rebbe’s or other humans & go straight to Hashem for help calling out to Hashem from your sincere & pure heart. Hashem is waiting for klal yisroel to all call out sincerely for Mashiach to come & not just to read it from a siddur as we say at the end of bentching (from tehillim 34:11) v’dorshei Hashem lo….. for one who seeks out Hashem-& calls out to him-lacks nothing that is good

may we all stop depending on humans ASAP & go straight to Hashem for help

lakewood used to be a town that people moved there to devote their lives to a life of torah & learning in kollel. sadly thats not anymore. today thousands are moving there & its a complete city of fancy restaurants & exqusite expensive clothing stores etc…..

Flatbush is still way more crowded & tight then lakewood even though Lakewood has been becoming overcrowded & tight

if you want to devote yourself to a life of torah today then the perfect simple torah community with a large kollel & yeshiva is Cleveland with Telz

wish lakewood had not lost its ruchnius & switch over to gashmius all for money. I am very sad as is Harav Aharon Kotler ZT”L who started Lakewood as a torah community

this fisa memo & corrupted hillary is just going to get worse until it blows up…..

how bad will it have to get for the government to finally make a case & bring hillary before court for prison? first they would of course need to renew the FBI with all new true agents that are not corrupted & working for hillary behind the scenes…..

how much longer before the entire country goes up in riots like iran but not for freedom but because the entire media & corruption going on BEHIND YOUR BACK that the media is part of because they are not telling you about it. its only a matter of time before our lives & all information is hacked & becomes public info. & we can C”V be in serious life danger cause the FBI is corrupt & is not doing anything about our safety of our lives.

What is your honest opinion? do you even realize how bad the situation is getting?

    non political & Chabad

i give you both A++++ on your examples but don’t fool yourselves. ask yourself are you looking forward to the weekly family restaurant date & each week count the days down towards it or is it a pleasure & mitzva to make your family happy? if your counting the days down then sure its a big mitzva but your not going for 100 percent spiritual mitzva reason there just is some ruchnius in it but your still counting down the days for that geshmacka steak or ice cream etc… & should not food yourself into thinking you went to make your family happy etc….

EVERY PLEASURE theres a way to turn it from gashmius to ruchnius & become a mitzva even though you are still enjoying it. yes even a rich business meeting in a fancy restaurant (where both pleasures of the food & the business is for you) can be changed over to ruchnius (ex. perhaps i can get to know this reform jew & invite him for shabbos & do kiruv or if not jewish focus on your middos & making a kiddush hashem even if no success in meeting at the end)

in reply to: Can an Ehrlicher Yid be a Foodie? #1457509

an erlicher yid eats for one reason only, he eats so that he/she can have strength to serve Hashem, which comes to mean that if you have reached this level & have removed these physical pleasures of eating all these fancy desired foods etc…. then there is really no difference between eating for dinner bread & water versus steak & soda, you have only one reason your eating so you can continue to have coach to serve Hashem & do mitzvos.

if you go out to all these restaurant a lot (not just once a week) then you should not fool/corrupt yourself into thinking you are just going to eat to have strength but know the truth yourself that you are going to enjoy that specific restaurants pleasure food

if there were still nevi’im today, when the were given a message from Hashem-to deliver to klal yisroel-their neshamas left them & they got the message & then their were returned to regular human beings with their neshamas returned to them. ONLY MOSHE RABBEINU spoke to Hashem face to face i.e. without his neshama leaving him cause he was on such a high level, but if any other navi would speak to Hashem face to face with their neshama regularly it would have immediately kill them.

as an example: if any human today would go to another planet without taking oxygen with them they would not be alive as soon as they stopped breathing. yes Hashem made it that human beings needs oxygen to live while demons & angels do not

most investor with extra properties in other states or countries have a property manager check on it on a weekly or monthly basis for a fee. some people have a neighbor of the house check it with the neighbor being given permission to use it if guests need to stay there or other benefits just for going to check on it.

regarding if it can just be left sitting with no one renting it or checking it. it really is not an option as there can be many surprise unexpected maintenance issues that come up unexpectedly & if not fixed right away can cause major flooding or other issues that can ruin the house C”V. same like a car that just sits in your driveway the entire year. if its not used at least once a week just for a few minutes it can stop functioning for just sitting & building up residue & going through storms with just sitting there

“Do we ever know if someone completed his or her mission?”

Seforim say that most of us humans today ore gilgolim (people sent back to the world to make up for a sin we did in a previous life as a different person) but if someone is niftar it should be assumed that the person completed his mission in this temporary physical world & is now ready for the true world above.

i.e. if a child is C”V niftar young there can be many reasons why but one of them is cause s/he might need to make up for causing someone previous pain & is sent back to do teshuva with vice versa of giving people nachas as a young loving child serving Hashem.
