Amazon prime is accelerating for anytime, so you are not mechaven for shabbos, and we have amira deamira from erev shabbos. the goy does it for his own benefit payed a fixed amount ahead of time should be mutar.

Even it is guaranteed, the person who brings the package to you is not the one you talked to, so this is an amira deamira before shabbos and by paying extra reflects a great need which would be mutar as the goy is doing it
for his own benefit and the payment is agreed on before hand.

If sent express, there must be a great need, otherwise why pay extra and the Minchas Yitzchok is matir in that case, otherwise it is not guaranteed that it will arrive on shabbos.

Joseph, I don’t agree with him. Not everybody is suitable for sitting and learning. Learning chemistry we see the greatness of our Creator having a miniature solar system in every atom. String theory shows that Hashem put his energy into everything. Math is required for the the gemora.

Joseph, איזהו חכם הרואה את הנולד. you praise Trump who does not look ahead at the consequences of his actions by only caring for himself and not taking advice from others. Our allies are disgusted with the US that it cannot be trusted as Rechavom who did not listen to the advice of the elders, so his rule was diminished.

We also see by shabbos (Nemukai Yosef in Bava Kama) that we go after the start of the work and saying yaleh veyovai so if we start davening before chatzos we can finish after, even according to the RMA.

The Piskei Teshuvas brings from Rav Akiva Eigar ztz’l to daven two shm’es with a tenai, if the first is shacharis the second is mincha, but if the first is mincha, the second is a hashloma for shacharis.

The above ruling of the MB causes sometimes not to have a minyan as people either daven beyechidus or rush out before the minyan arrives thus you don’t have six mispallelim.

Not to misunderstand the above Radbaz, I will quote the Sharei Teshuva: (The place is misquoted)

If you think that this applies only to the brocho look at the Piskei Teshuva:

These are the words of Radbaz about covering the head during tefiila as mentioned by the Sharei Teshuva SA O’CH 8:

Shockling is based on the pasuk There is a story when a rebbe said that you should shockle forwards and backwards indicating ‘yes’ and not sideways indicating ‘no’. Reb Moshe Feinstein ztz’l stopped shockling based on an incident where a Russian soldier pointed a rifle at him. He was so shocked that he could not move, so he decided to use this for davening in front of Hashem.

Tosfas at the end of the first perek in Kidushin on the bottom of amud beis says that by the jews good machshovos are taken as actions but not bad which is the reverse by goyim. Explains the Maharsha that the Jews are basicly good, so if they think good, they will do it, but not bad. The opposite is true by the goyim. The Jews have 613 mitzvos because they are able to do it. They have a higher level of nashomo.
