I was a for Shabbos at my neighbors house who are very Charedi and are very careful what they allow in the house.
Right in front of the parents the teenage daughters started talking about how they had gone to concerts of certain pop stars and the parents seemed oblivious to what they were saying. They really didnt have a clue what was going on. The parents are very old world and dont speak english that well (Which the children do) and the kids were really getting over on them. And Ive seen it many times with the same family. The parents are totally clueless. Ive heard my kids listen to songs I do not approve of and I asked them who told them about it and they said their friends. I met their friends parents, they were totally Charedi and obviously were clueless about what these songs were about.

Most people here use oil which is a bigger pain to use. I almost never get it right. The candles are much easier to use.
