The biggest insult is when someone identifies you with the Chelek of K’lal Yisroel that you hold you are better than!
For example if someone says… you learn/don’t learn Daf Yomi
    Makpid/Not Makpid on Yoshon
    Makpid/Not Makpid on Cholov Stam
    Are/Are Not a Ba’al Teshuva
    Sefardi/Ashkenazi
    Specific Ethnicities
    Would/Wouldn’t eat NonHeimishe Hechsher
The type/not the type to send to a Yiddish speaking school
    Own/Don’t own a smartphone
Your the type that davens that Nusach…
You must be from That Neighborhood…
Your the type that davens/doesn’t daven in That Shul…

I was walking in Flatbush this Shabbos and I saw a Minion posted on a fence and I realized that this is the place for a Minyan!
In the Ave P and low 20’s area. (2 Minyanim) I’m sure if you ask around the Minion Minyan is going strong

    Excellent questions
How about dealing as a proper capable and dignified lawyer?
Do not involve your children in this.
And as a lawyer there’s a general rule, Don’t assume anything.
I suggest call this Mechutin Grandfather and have discuss this with him. You seem to be a wise and reasonable person and will clarify/settle this matter properly.
I wish you Mazal Tov and Hatzlacha and more Simchos and Refuos and May you and Mrs. CTLawyef go Gezunterheit to the Chasunas of all your grandchildren!

    Great topic!
For running I find the main thing is a consistent beat.
    (I run 13 miles a week.)
    Dance with Hamezamrim
    Moley Simcha 2 & 3
    The NaNach Collection 1
    The 2nd Dance II
    Neshama Dance
These have a nice combination of beats, instruments and singing.
For Boot Camp at the gym,(1 hour) our Trainer has a special song for each exercise. (Warm up, jumping jacks, cardio, push ups, burpees, renegade rolls, cool down, stretch,)

@singlemomof4 It pains me to hear of your Tza’ar.
There is no good reason for you or your children to be mistreated due to divorce. Unfortunately there are people who are ignorant, stupid and self absorbed and therefore shun, alienate and degrade others. It’s totally inexcusable and I hope that this new year will bring your family comfort, Koyach, Hatzlacha, Simcha and Nachas!

Maybe it’s because when he is learning in a shul he feels no pressure.
    (Almost like voluntary)
Someone told me that his Mashgiach in Yeshiva advised him this (40 years ago) and it worked for him very well.
