The purpose of mashiach is so everyone knows the truth. Lol nothing to do with כי כל הארץ. It will happen as a byproduct of everyone knowing the truth. But also it’s not just about Jewish people it’s everyone.
none2.0ParticipantWhat is the benefit in calling anyone. What about respecting the person your dating and going out with them and giving them a chance instead of humiliating them and talking about them with everyone else. If your so smart and can read between the lines when calling the references you can also read between the lines when you go out. Don’t be slow
July 7, 2025 12:01 pm at 12:01 pm in reply to: Rabbi Yaakov Kamenetsky and the modern State of Israel #2422163none2.0ParticipantExile. Is in the mind. We were cast into exile to wander in confusion and chains.
none2.0ParticipantCan we go back to biblical times when everything was simpler. We didn’t make everything into a religion. Let’s read how Abraham Isaac and Jacob (fine I’ll write in hebrew) met their better halves and learn from them. Please thanks
none2.0ParticipantThat guy is the weakest loser I’ve ever seen. He _has_ no power. Those that have power you actually fear. This guy has no control who knows if whatever he does will actually stick I feel like you guys are acting like the meraglim crying about something that is nothing to fear. No offense. If G-d did all of these miracles for us took us out of Egypt (USA) and led us in the wilderness (the process through this whole life) and now he’s telling us we need to get into the promised land. Relaxxxxzz mamdani means something good. Even if he somehow figures out how to make people listen to him which he will fail miserably, it will only be good even if it _looks_ bad
none2.0ParticipantAlso everyone is stuck in their own worlds. Acting like everyone needs to project some fake persona to make us accept them. We are just plain far far away from reality. Everyone relax.
none2.0Participant_if_ it was something like morality it would be wrong on so many levels but because it’s just something we all collectively believe in and the conform ourselves to, there’s no staying power people naturally just eventually do whatever makes them happy
none2.0ParticipantThe reason also that people find “loopholes” and then do whatever they want is because these things are not real. As in they are not morality or something that actually matters on a deep internal conscience level. Which means that the only way to get an entire population to force themselves to conform to it is through fear. And that’s all people are rebbeling and saying too bad. This is me
none2.0ParticipantSorry mods meant to post this : without the last sentence there.
Phytoestrogens, which are natural compounds found in plants, have a chemical structure similar to estrogen and can mimic its effects in the body.
They may influence mental health by interacting with estrogen receptors, which play a role in regulating neurotransmitters involved in mood regulation.
Research suggests that fluctuations in estrogen levels can impact mood, with lower estrogen levels linked to increased depressive symptoms and anxiety disorders.
Phytoestrogens may help alleviate these symptoms by providing a weak estrogenic effect,none2.0ParticipantIf you need a free session ai chatbots are great at listening understanding and also letting you live in your own echo chamber of delusion. Where everything is your parents fault. But best of all its free
none2.0Participant“Extreme ways of thinking, such as cognitive distortions, can significantly impact mental health. For instance, all-or-nothing thinking, which involves seeing things in extremes, can lead to decreased confidence, lower self-esteem, and a lack of self-compassion.
This type of thinking can also contribute to mental health issues by causing individuals to focus on their mistakes and flaws while discounting their strengths and accomplishments”none2.0Participant“lack of exercise has been linked to an increased risk of mental health disorders, including depression and anxiety. Studies have shown that physical inactivity is a risk factor for mental health issues, with individuals who do not engage in regular physical activity experiencing higher levels of anxiety, depression, and stress.
For example, a study found that people with the lowest combined aerobic and muscular fitness had 98% higher odds of depression, 60% higher odds of anxiety, and 81% higher odds of having either one of the common mental health disorders, compared to those with high levels of overall fitness”none2.0Participant“Vitamin deficiencies can significantly affect mental health, with several studies highlighting the links between specific vitamins and mood disorders. For instance, vitamin B12 deficiency is associated with neurological dysfunction, mood disorders, and cognitive decline, particularly in the elderly. This vitamin is involved in myelin formation, neurotransmitter synthesis, and preventing homocysteine-related neurodegeneration.
Similarly, vitamin D deficiency is linked to depression, anxiety, and cognitive decline. Vitamin D enhances serotonin synthesis, has anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective effects, and regulates the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis and circadian rhythms”none2.0Participant“Phytoestrogens, which are natural compounds found in plants, have a chemical structure similar to estrogen and can mimic its effects in the body.

Research suggests that fluctuations in estrogen levels can impact mood, with lower estrogen levels linked to increased depressive symptoms and anxiety disorders”“Soy contains compounds that can act as phytoestrogens, which are plant-based estrogens that can mimic the effects of estrogen in the body. These phytoestrogens, mainly isoflavones such as genistein and daidzein, can bind to estrogen receptors and either exert weak estrogenic activity or block the effects of estrogen.
This dual action means that soy can have both estrogenic and anti-estrogenic effects depending on the context.”none2.0Participant“Antibiotics can have various effects on mental health, with both positive and negative implications. Studies have shown that antibiotics can impact the gut microbiota, which plays a crucial role in the gut-brain axis. This interaction can influence cognition and mood, as antibiotics may kill bacteria that produce neurotransmitters like GABA, dopamine, and serotonin.
In some cases, the mental issues caused by antibiotics typically resolve quickly once the treatment is discontinued. However, antibiotics have also been associated with psychiatric side effects, including depression, anxiety, psychosis, and other neuropsychiatric symptoms. These effects can occur due to the disruption of the gut microbiome, which can alter brain function through various mechanisms, such as changes in short-chain fatty acids, tryptophan metabolism, and vagal signaling”
July 7, 2025 12:00 pm at 12:00 pm in reply to: Matzav article about Golus and Eretz Yisrael #2422126none2.0ParticipantSorry y’all it’s the the truth even if you don’t consider yourself a cult you are using cult like tactics
July 7, 2025 12:00 pm at 12:00 pm in reply to: Matzav article about Golus and Eretz Yisrael #2422125none2.0ParticipantCould we stop calling people names. It’s a tactic to villify those who disagree
“cults often portray critics as enemies or traitors, which further isolates members from any potential support outside the group. Members who challenge the authority of the leader or the group may be punished, publicly humiliated, or shunned, and they may be portrayed as enemies of the group.
This not only deters others from questioning the leader but also reinforces the idea that anyone who disagrees with the cult is a threat.” Hmmm…..none2.0ParticipantEverything comes from Hashem we know that. Doesn’t mean we can’t be human and just appreciate whatever is unfolding within this world.
none2.0ParticipantUjm……..Rashi can say whatever he wants. Halacha being explicitly anti nochri so halacha is racist and Jewish sirpemiscim is a little taken out of context. We are chosen to carry a torch not because we are “special” theres nothing special about us we bleed the same red blood as everyone else and I highly disagree with this way of thinking. G-D chose us to be a kli for His purposes not because we _are_ above everyone else. Please that’s averagence
none2.0ParticipantG-d can use anyone for his purposes or right everything is used for his purposes even evil people that person who slandered you tought you straighth and how to stand even when people try to hurt you… The person threatened you tought you patience and timing. Whatever happens in life happens for a reason even if sometimes it’s hard. So yes G-d can use Donald Trump who happens to be a decent person albieght real person. (He says everything you think but can’t admit to yourself)
none2.0ParticipantHakatan also G-d always uses imperfect people to do his work because imperfect people are real and usually have more kindness then others. Tzadik is not going to save the world. Lol tzadik means not exposed to things and always trying to be righteous and holy. That doesn’t make a good leader. A good leader is someone who is raw and a fighter. Lol
none2.0ParticipantApikores is a word used to dinigrate anyone who questions the status quo. Stop using that word. It’s cult speak.
July 4, 2025 7:58 pm at 7:58 pm in reply to: The Peaceful Dismantlement of the State of “Israel” #2421591none2.0ParticipantYour also brainwashed. See the Arabs are exhibit A of people who follow authority blindly.
none2.0ParticipantEmesdik the difference between wearing wigs now and then is that we didn’t take it specifically from their heritage. The Egyptians ate also. Now it’s an avaira too?
none2.0ParticipantAmom your not wrong. But we live in such a. Stuck up upper class society. As it people care about others. The self has taken such a huge degree of all our energy. It wouldn’t kill someone to hear some moral principles for once. Something they may keep in mind _if_ the situation presents itself. If people were really doing what you say the entire society we live in wouldn’t feel so stuck up and like you can’t breathe here. This is spiritual
none2.0ParticipantAlso……you can’t force people to present facts “your” way. You need to shush and listen. And give comebacks. Nobody has to conform to your will or way of thinking. Crazy
none2.0ParticipantWow the amount of extremism and bullying in these chats. Wow. Relax. Someone said something different then you. Chill out. This is not conformist central we are free people to think as we fit. Everyone is constantly trying to conform each other. Goody goody two shoes. Stop being so neorotic. That makes you hate other people who have a self
none2.0ParticipantI love how you think tho that I don’t believe in descipline. I do believe in Devine descipline, when you actually deserve it. In real life. Also I believe in descipline in your own life _when you need it_ or when you need to get up and do what you have to do. But I don’t believe in pushing yourself for someone else’s way of thinking that’s not honoring yourself. And your own needs. G-d is like a parent. When you cross the street and your in danger. He says uh uh don’t go there. When you are rebellious he gives you an onesh. It’s not punishment it’s descipline there’s a difference. It’s easier to respect an authority figure who loves you and who is just then to take a human intrepreation of something that generally is not in context with real life and real needs and fellow that. When G-d says do not steal for _i_ am G-d He is activating a cerebral innate instinct inside us that respects authority. But an authority above us. Which is G-d himself. No human can match G-d.
none2.0Participant*compatability
none2.0ParticipantWho said this rav said. See why I can’t take you guys seriously n you guys sound like 7 year olds on a playground can we grow up
July 3, 2025 8:10 pm at 8:10 pm in reply to: Writing notes, Chazoro and Memorising my Learning #2421296none2.0ParticipantUjm who cares. Ah repetition. A form of control
none2.0ParticipantPeople only eat sugary fried things when there’s something missing in their life and when their trying to fill a need or their body actually needs the date but can’t find it in a healthy manner. You can’t only eat sugary fatty things it’s like eating ice cream all day. Eventually you want something else. They did a study that showed how if you put a rat in an empty cage and you give it a bottle of drugs and regular wate it always chooses the drugs and dies. But if you put the rat in a healthy environment with freinds and good food it always chooses the water. We choose what we need. Have you ever tried to eat fried foods all day. It’s prob only done by people who have no purpose.
none2.0ParticipantMaking someone else’s opinion your own doesn’t mean it’s your own oppionion it means Everytime you do something a little peace of your true self gets squished down again. And again cuz your forcing yourself to agree either through fear or control to something you may deep down not actually agree with
none2.0ParticipantI’ve never seen a dog happy that was controlled. Most dogs that are controlled are actually unhappy. Codependent. A dog who is independent and respected in the household is much happier.
none2.0ParticipantOccasional fasting. Notice the word occasional. Were you to fast everyday your body would begin to break down. You can drink unhelathy foods once in a while but were you to do it everyday as a habit you will get sick. The point is an overly critical life is not healthy as your whole psychosomatic internal clock becomes so controlled and unhappy.
none2.0ParticipantYou are wrong again. g-d created us as free agents. As much as your beleif system sounds good and “righteous” on paper. You are wrong again. Reality shows something very different then what you say. If G-d wanted us to have such a an unhealthy relationship with him where we had no self He wouldn’t have created us
none2.0ParticipantYour reading the wrong Torah then lol. Mordichai and Esther’s laws don’t control our entirety of our marriages and every day lives and halacha does. Do you miss the point. Purposely Everytime
none2.0ParticipantYou love finding problems. And purposely missing the point. How bout nit pick one word from this entire sentence and miss the point again
none2.0ParticipantOh but I said. Read the _whole_ message. Understand the entire thing. Stop nitpicking
none2.0ParticipantYour so slow. It’s like talking to a wall. I have a school I say. Curfew is, at 10:00 no walking the halls, no congregating, no doing xyz. You were found in the hallway. Do you skip all the other parts and miss the whole framework of every point I bring?
none2.0ParticipantFirst of all gathering wood is working lol
none2.0ParticipantCs and then she got married and realized that attraction is way more important then personality. I bet a thousand dollars slot of these girls looking for “learning” boys find the “perfect” match on paper and then realize that you also need comparability and attraction. How many people stuck in marriages with spouses they married but aren’t attached to. I see mismatches everywhere
none2.0ParticipantGadol hador why should I disclose that. You have such a stuck up attitude. Omg
none2.0ParticipantIllogical and immodest. But that’s your viewpoint whether your wrong or right you cannot change the tide or choices of someone else. I definitely see your point but what will you do. Become the police. Maybe you and your wife shouldn’t do that and that’s it
none2.0ParticipantG-d never says change your nature He says this is what I want _you_ to do. You the real you. He even allows us to choose How we do certain mitzvos unlike the controlling add on we got over the last 2000 years biblically shabbas was very simple. “Do not work on Sabbath, make Sabbath holy” that gives “you” room to decide how your going to make G-d proud. “Take the first of your fruits” G-d doesn’t control every aspect like humans try to do cuz He wants You to bring him something your proud of. That’s your free will. He doesn’t tell you the size and how large he says bring the first of your fruits. If you want to say G-d also writes out the lemed tes melachos it’s there to reiterate what G-d is saying for example. Let’s say I have a school and I say. Lights out at this hour. Then I say that means no brushing your teeth, no snoozing, no walking the halls, no nonsense. You need to read the book in context. Not make it all about rules. We are humans not machines my goodness. The lemed tes melachos is just reiterating what G-d is saying it’s not confining your spirit to set of laws. Stop taking the entire book out of context
none2.0ParticipantThat’s where your wrong again. More is not expected of you actually. G-d says do not add to my word. Aka do not add laws that were not there. Do not add to nature. Do not add at all..hello. We pick and choose what we listen to don’t we.
none2.0ParticipantI mean is liking a specific color that’s different then the klal? Is that evil? Is that a monster. Like give me a break
none2.0ParticipantYou are so dead wrong cuz that is the evil inclinations telling you to love what you hate and hate what you love. What about respecting yourself and limiting yourself in the ways that work for you. why would a loving G-d create you with a very specific design and then tell you to overcome your nature. This is not about being an animal this about not overextending your energy in a way that becomes a burden overtime. You know it’s not good for man to be alone. If a man is alone for too long his mind breaks down. His body breaks down. His thoughts become neorotic. His soul and entire system cannot handle being alone. We were also designed to be falable in different areas so when someone comes into our lives we naturaly complement the things we aren’t good at so two halves become a whole. Imagine I told you to overcome your nature and do everything alone. The stress and the hardship your life will take will be beyond what you were designed to handle. And then imagine I told you your feelings of stress is just the “yerzer hara” do you not see the game the monster (the yerzer hara which is the voice of manipulation) is playing on _you_. I’m not talking about being responsible I’m taking about selling your soul for the “good” of others. Remind me what communism is. Yes that’s a form of communism albiet with self.
none2.0ParticipantHuman beings cannot delay needs without consequences. Can you delay eating? For a time maybe. But then your body breaks down. Can you delay sleeping for a time but then your body breaks down. Controlling and delaying your natural inclinations which is actually your human needs has moral consequences. Being too stringent with self actually over time breaks down the mind and spirit and separated a person from self. I understand why your saying beast and using that horrid word to make it as if being human and having needs makes a person a mindster. But let’s take an example that fits and see how your belief system, even though it’s filled with discipline separates a person from self. Actually the Devine, your Devine connection is connected to self. A tree without roots cannot grow. A person without a home cannot survive. A human being without a self is a slav to the whims of someone else’s belief system. Yes it’s healthy to have responsibilities. And healthy to have boundaries and healthy to have morals. But to constantly shut down yourself for another’s opinion or way of thinking and living a life outside of alignment with self in all things lead a person to emptiness and a state of unrest. Galus is in the mind. You want peace. Bring yourself back into alignment with self and G-d. How do you know what you like and dislike if you don’t first listen to the voice inside your heart how do you know what foods to eat if you don’t listen to your soul. Imagine your whole life being on a diet. Sounds like he ll to me
July 2, 2025 2:47 pm at 2:47 pm in reply to: Three Oaths essay from Rabbi Avraham Rivlin of Kerem B’Yavneh #2420730none2.0ParticipantAnyone who says the reason people were killed were because they were talking in shul is and does not have a real connection to reality. Why would G-d who is just. Kill people cuz they were talking in shul. G-d would kill people cuz they deserve it how would talking in shul that is generally very boring and makes people antsy and can be annoying plus Its a place of congregation which naturally makes people want to talk to each other, be the root cause of people getting killed. Someone who says that is being unrealistic and cruel because they make people think they are doing something wrong when they are just being human. That’s extremism and totally disconnected from truth
