ya, there’s no point in looking at the news, not until they just announce when it will end

I’m reading all this, and I SOOOO wish I could be a part of it…and give chizuk….I’m crying right now, I have so much emotions and feelings and things to say and I just don’t know how to put it into writing…

I doubt I have anything too add to any of these people…I’m younger than you…so ya.

I wish I could do something to help, I really, really do.

Keep strong. That’s what they tell me.

Sometimes, I wonder, what exactly IS being strong?

Is it not crying? Putting on a smile and pretending it’s Ok? Fighting back???

None. Being strong means to be able to understand your feeling and deal with them in some way where you aren’t either:

1) Going to sleep till it’s all over

2) An emotional wreck 24/7

It’s okay to break down, have panic attacks, and so on. I mean it’s not okay, but that’s your body releasing it’s emoitions.

With no support group or way to vent or express your feelings besides from here, I ‘d be surprised if you didn ‘t have a panic attack or break down at least once a week.

I do, and that’s okay, cuz Hashem knows, that I can deal with that, till my shaliach comes to teach me other methods.

I suggest something very simple and easy.But on the other hand very hard to do.

Think of something you like to do, if you can’t think of one, find one. Sports, writing, playing a musical instrument or drawing. It dosen’t matter, take that and express yourself through it.

For example, I’m a writer, I write songs, stories, articles, poems, journal, thoughts, to Hashem, To myself, questions…Anything!

When I feel so much things and everything is changing to something else or another feeling every second, I sit and write.

Q. Why are you feeling that way? what triggered you to feel that way? How can you deal with this feeling? How can it bring you higher? help you improve? what can we learn from this situation, or what he said, or how I reacted? What can I work on? How can I make me better? How can I treat people in the future differently? How can I fix this? Can I call a hotline? Ask a rav, by phone, email, fax, or mail, or in person?

This is just a little of what I do.

You know yourself best.

Search yourself, find yourself, understand yourself.

No one can do that job for you.

I have found most answers lie in me, either I didn’t see them, and I had to think or didn’t want to admit them.

When people ask me, if my life is hard, when they hear something else has gone crazy in my life. I tell them.

Life wasn’t meant to be easy, then It would be boring wouldn’t it???? Than I usually laugh and walk away.

It’s Okay to be sad, it is. It’s okay to cry.

I know someone, she was born without the ability of tears. I feel so bad for her, she was born without the ability to feel, if she gets hurt, physically and emotioanally….an I daven, I daven.

I’m davening, for you, and for every other one in the CR….that all their problems, they should be able to handle and make them stronger.

And that Moshiach should come soon, that this should be the last Tishbiav….

It depends, there is such a thing as a healthy relationship between those ages. That would require that:

1)Most of their friends are their age, and it’s only a few higher or lower in age

2)They understand they are not the same in age and are going thru different things the other may not want to talk about/understand

(This is with 2 people of the same age also, since everyone really totally has got different lives, and there are those people who are in 10th grade but no one knows how they got there [They should be in 8th, simple easy life, {or so it seems} and immature] and the people that you can see their pain in their eyes or can tell something is not okay with her/her environment…)

3. That this is not a dependent relationship, where the younger one is dependent on the elder or vise versa

I have a few friends 1-2 years older than me. In high school and yeshivah, 9th thru 12th are going thru many of the same things and can totally relate on some levels, while on others can totally not. I meet with those girls maybe once-twice a month for a walk or a chat, and when I see them in school they give me a hug and even though they are older, they have asked me for advice and confided in me in some things, also vise versa. Many times they forget I’m a year younger than them, and of course this is only 3-5 girls, and I have more than that ammount of friends my age.

I think this is a healthy relationship.

Though the girls I’m friends with 2 years and plus, is more of a friendly, see you in the hallway and ditch a class once in a while thing, and if I meet them in town, we’d totally hang out or talk, but they wouldn’t actually call me or me call them….

And in my opinion it’s quieter, cuz many people instead of being here are saying tehilim and other stuff, which is amazing, and I wish I could do that. Ans other people like Hashem_echad have more important stuff to do, like their tafkid and don’t need or feel a pull to be here (or are just fighting that pull)

A therapist is supposed to listen you, first and priority. How you feel and help you, so she’s not doing her job.

I am also in your age range, still a teen, but I really don;t have what to tell you except to hold on and try to reach out. Somewhere there are people that would be your friend, I’m sure. You just need to find them. And this is going to make you much stronger in life…

Anyway, to make friends you need self-esteem and you have to be able to let go of your past hurt, pain ,and shame. You need to stop taking teasing personal, and not let it bother you. Because in reality, they are teasing the body G-d gave to you that you couldn’t choose, not something like the actual you, your personality…

Ya, so those were the thoughts that came to my head, I’m younger than you, so I really can’t have what to say, esspecially cuz I’m not in a situation like that so I can’t even try to imagine what it’s like.

I was once at a minyan that where I would start the hallelukah with them but somehow after two lines of me saying it, they were done. I could never figure that out…and oyvovoy if you sneezed for a second, you missed a whole brocha, and the bathroom, half of davening I’m sure would be done when you came out….

It was ridiculous….

I think the high schools need to shape up, In my humble opinion when a high school accepts a girl they are taking her life in their hands. They will be a big factor if the girl goes OTD or not, or enjoys school or not or comes out with a diploma or not. And by kicking a girl out they are throwing that responsibility off, which is not responsible. At the least, they should have a valid reason to kick a girl out and help her get accepted to a place they think is better suited for her needs that the school obviously can’t fulfill.

I think the schools are too academic…it’s too hard, we need 7-9 hours of sleep, many of my friends get 3-6 hours a night cuz of work overload…

I’m not here, as in the CR, I’m just a hologram that can type, or a figment of your imagination….
