while one might agree that they shouldnt be walking alone, it is a real fact that there is no other way for them to get to school(without calling a car service everyday). The parents must wait for the bus with younger kids and by the time a child reaches 3-4 grade, many times is told they live too close to school to get transportation. It is unfair to ask a father to walk his 10 year old child every day when its just a short way away that the child can easily walk alone.
Im sorry but you shouldnt be judging so quickly, especially if you were never in such a situation with your kids.
more- just give her the bob! they usually look cute and at 5 years old it wont her shidduch if she x look perfect for a few weeks. U never know, u might even like it!

As a teacher I say NOOO!!! It will not be a profitable thing to do. There are many secular sites that sell tons of info and worksheets for all grade levels and most teachers I know in the frum world dont sign up and just use the stencils they offer for free or make their own. I feel bad being so blunt but I really dont think this would work.
As a teacher I can say that I still find most of the cute/clever pranks cute. I obviously would be taken aback if they would be done to me but if they have a chap its cute especially around purim time. But the ones that are insulting, i dont think students realize how much teachers actually care for their students.
My students can all quote it(they do all the time) so ill have to ask them where its written!

When I looked out this morning, the scene of the street below was gorgeous! everything was white!! I went out just to enjoy the snow and had a great time! I’m ready for more………

I live the snow too. I think its a great ideato have a day off in middle of nowhere and the kids have such a good time.
Everyone needs a vacation and this provides us and the kids with it.
I know some people get stuck in their houses and its dangerous for the elderly, but its still something i enjoy!

I think presents started because for young kids the money is meaningless so they appreciate the present more. this just spread to adults cuz its much classier to give a gift than to give money.

I think if you watched a group of heimishe(really frum) girls do it once, you would never be able to do it. It looks pathetic!!.
