I had just arrived at work in downtown Brooklyn the first plane had hit and we were listening to the radio as the second tower was hit, we listened as the towers fell, we were sent home from work i had to wait on the street a couple hours until the subways started running again you could smell the acrid smoke and all the people waiting were just stunned, speechless.
I was walking down the street yesterday and someone walking towards me was texting he looked up like 10 seconds before we met but still put his head back down to text and if i had not spoken up he would have slammed right into me.
Lets give the boy a break he may have been a first time dater, he may have social awkwardness or something similar cut him some slack.
Btw i once threw up on a date from nervousness it was embarrassing but this things happen.
