Following the Florida Shovu’os massacre, clearly President Donald Trump is so correct to frame Moslems. This mass murderer had been eyed by the authorities, but because of political correctness, was free to roam the streets & murder 50 people.

BTW:- Stay away from sects who have 2 or zero Rebbes, and spare yourself all unnecessary grief. Only consider sects who have 1 sole Rebbe.

If this gorilla had not been shot and hence G-d forbid would have mawed & killed this boy, in all likelihood, they would have ended up euthanizing this gorilla, just like this startled dog who killed a 3 days old baby, ended up being euthanized.

The Italian court on May 3rd issued a ruling that a homeless person who has nothing to eat, and hence stole a small amount of food from supermarket to stave hunger:- That was not deemed stealing, and wasn’t illegal.

So c/o the Italian court, ee have a new definition of stealing being permitted to save human life.

Is it fare that when you desecrate Shabbos or eat leaven on Pesach, that the bullock who never sinned should have to die and not the human being A.K.A. the Shabbos desecrator? Is it fare that the goat should be hurled from the mountain on Yom Kippur albeit the goat has never committed a sin instead of some guilty human sinners?

In haShem’s infinite wisdom, haShem has deemed human life far superior to animal life, and this is just the way haShem wishes/wills it.

We’re noheg that there’s no issue of doing bikur cholim on shabbos. likewise there is no issue of doing Bikur Cholim on Yom ha’Atzma’ut, and wishing the Choleh/Choloh a Yom ha’Atzma’ut Sameach. Bringing an Israeli flag to a Choleh/Choloh who already is missing all the usual Yom ha’Atzma’ut festivities, would surely uplift his/her spirits.

4 is connected to Thanksgiving; Yehudah was 4th tribe, in conjunction with whose birth Le’oh says:- “haPa’am Odeh Es haShem”

Orlah after 3 years, in 4th year is called “Kodesh Hilullim” an expression of praising [Same verb as Hallel which we recite today for Yom ha’Atzma’ut] when we take the fruit to Yerusholayim, and consume the fruit in Yerusholayim [Just 23n days left until Yom Yerusholayim].

Talking about 4, Thanksgiving is on 4th Thursday in November.

Now you Hashemisreading have a Devar Toroh on Kedoshim, whose # of Pesukim is “4 cubed”

Until the Ben Eretz Yisroel reaches a Jewish settlement in Chutz o’Oretz, s/he has no obligation on Yom Tov Sheni to abstain from Meleches Avodah.

We did look at a Hebrew calendar and the ones in Israel don’t have a second day printed on it. More likely it had “Nosso” printed on it in conjunction with Shabbos Erev Shovu’os.

As of tonite, being Toch Sheloshim Yom of Shovu’os, I have to bring to your attention Okiale in no uncertain terms, that when you IY’H shall be staying up Shovu’os nite, and praying @Daybreak come Shovu’os morning, there is a tremendous unresolved sofek laHalocho if you can make a Benediction on your Tallis Kotton, which has been on you all Shovu’os nite. … By wearing a Talis Godol, you evade & avoid this entire issue, and can peacefully bless over it, without any compunctions whatsoever. … As an aside, this even helps you get 1 closer to 100 Benedictions per day, come 1st day Shovu’os.

The bottom line Okiale is, that so long as you were clad in your Tefillin even just for a split second, you have fulfilled Torah obligation of Laying Tefillin for that day. … This that we ordinarily lay Tefiilin in conjunction with prayer time; i.e. Schacharis or Mincho on Tish b’Ov, certainly doesn’t in anyway absolve you from laying Tefillin simply because you cannot pray before going to work.

In theory you also shouldn’t eat before laying Tefillin; Hence a good reason to lay Tefillin in morning even if you don’t have time to pray; Needless to say, even if you did eat, you still have a Torah obligation to lay Tefillin, and still recite the applicable Berochos for laying Tefillin.

There is an Atrtscroll Sepher in English on topic of Kaddish which you can procure.

This elongated Kaddish which you are inquiring about is said at funeral & Siyum, both representing the conclusion of a chapter of life, be it someone who just passed away, or the life of a specific tractate. Hence the 1st part of Kaddish being the same for these 2 occasions, albeit on no Tachnun days such as today Yom ha’Atzma’ut this elongated Kaddish is relegated to a regular Kaddish, whereas by a Siyum this elongated version is still recited.

Agree, if you were saying both, I’d think it would go before. 2 separate reasons to be Makdim Tachanun to Hsllel:-

    1) Perek 6 in Tehillim precedes Perek 113-118, and if read in Serugin {wrong order} probably not Yotzei.

    2) Todir veShe’Eino Todir:- Todir Kodem.

Considering that the President of the State of Israel took the trouble of traveling to Bnai Beraq to meet one of the top Gedolim in Israel {possibly The Godol haDor] ahead of Pesach [as reported on YWN], and that the President of the State of Israel received the Chief Rabbi of Yerusholayim yesterday at Beit haNassi, in order to sell all Chometz located at the “Beit haNassi” [as reported on YWN], shows that the President of the State of Israel holds very highly of Choshuv Rabbonim and shows them considerable respect, despite his own prestigious position.

Maybe it is because the Bavli is much easier to learn? This was for the past millennia, but with the recent advent of the Yedid Nefesh translation of Yerushalmi into Ivrit by Rav Yechiel Avrohom Bar Lev shlita, & Steinsaltz on Peoh, and even more recently with Artscroll bringing out Yerushalmi tractate by tractate, the Din for someone today not learning Yerushalmi, shall be far more severe than for any past generation.

I have already learned Shevi’is twice, once each past Shemita, as well as Berochos & Peoh, and IY’H more to come.
