Goldilocks, thank you for your correction. Shavuos is the day after Pesach (ב’ש) and not after Rosh Hashana.

Go to Chasan Sofer and Wiener now and then tell me they are not chasiddish. When I went, we were taught Rav Chaim by Rav Simcha Bunim ztz’l but the yeshivas were more chasiddish than litvish.

If he is not Jewish, what does carrying mean? Maybe he should carry it as a Non-Jew is forbidden to keep shabbos. Avraham Avinu wore tzitzis, so if he is Jewish, it is not carrying but if he is not Jewish, than he would be carrying.

Why send him to a yeshiva to be in daled amos of halacha if they don’t believe in it?
What is a yeshivish upbringing? Did I have a yeshivish upbringing? I went to chasiddish yeshivas.

We need unity for davening to be accepted with the tzibur rather than being scrutinized on our individual merits and for learning by helping each other in its understanding. In order to keep all mitzvos unity is required.

There is no question in my mind that if it came to pasken again the issur for Yom Tov, including the Pnei Yeshua who was matir as it helps in digestion, that everyone would asser it by the reason of the Magen Avraham above, not used by everyone as it is so harmful to one’s health.

Pesach reveals all other holidays, see SA O’CH 428,3.
אדו לא ראש Rosh Hashana cannot fall on Sunday because then Hashana Rabba would fall on shahbbos and knocking down the hoshanas would be eliminated. It cannot fall on Wednesday or Friday as we cannot have to consecutive days were no work can be done. So Yom Kippur cannot fall on Friday or Sunday respectively and as a consequence בדו לא פסח.

The Magen Avraham assers smoking on Yom Tov as it is not shova lechal nefesh, done by everyone. The Karbon Nesanel in Betza 24 is very strongly against it for extinguishing it on Yom Tov.

The most important is to eliminate sinas chinom, futile hatred. The Torah forbids hating each other but requires to tell one about it. The Yad Yosef on the Ein Yaakov Yamo 9, explains that sinas chinom is bottled up hatred in the heart. If someone has a good excuse for hatred, will reveal it to the other, whereas hatred like jealousy is not an acceptable reason for hating someone, so it will not be revealed. One will act towards the other with a smiling face and keep his hatred festering inside. Once we get rid of it, unity will be created and will bring Meshiach in our time soon.

Both my son and daughter were adopted and converted as a baby. The Rav did not provide the letter of conversion until they became obligated to do mitzvos as until then they might have the option to revert back. My son is 37 and my daughter 35 being both shabbos observant married with children Torah following Jews. They went to Yeshiva and Seminary.

    For the Siyum of Tanis.

The Jews are sitting in a circle and Hashem is the middle and they are pointing to Him recognizing that He is the only One who can redeem us.

    Why a circle?
It says Hear o’ Israel Hashem our God is Hashem, One. It also says who is like your nation Yisrael one nation.

We will show that they are both the same one.
The kedusha through the center has a magnetic affect by pulling the circle towards the center making the circle smaller and smaller, uniting the points and eventually coinciding with the center. Also, the holy Zohar says that Yisrael and the Torah with Hashem kavayachel is one. Through the observance of the Torah we become united, making the circle smaller and coinciding with the center.

The Satmar Rav in his sefer Al Hageula Val Hatmura says that sometimes the chitzonim make miracles in order to fool us. Aharon Hakohen placed a sheet of gold in fire and an eigal appeared.

There is a very interesting story in the in Beis Hamedrash quoted by Otzar Hamedroshim from Eisenstein about Shimon Keifa also known as St. Peter who built a tower and only showed himself once a year. He was a double agent. He made himself look like he is for Yeshu in order to gain confidence and then was able to sway them away from him.

From Bar Ilan the gemora I referred to above:

Could be that we only fast on Asara Beteveis on yom shishi as Rebbi Yochanan himself said by Tisha Beav, אתחלתא דפרעניות עדיף, the start of the punishment is greater. The destruction of the Beis Hamikdash emanated 30 moths later from the siege of Jerusalem. We even would have to fast on shabbos if it could fall on it.

We ask Hashem to make the Torah sweeter than honey to us. Eating honey brings to a desire for more. If one understands the Torah, it should generate a desire for more learning. The Torah learning should bring us joy. BTW, your ‘then’ is misspelled as you don’t mean that you want honey afterwards.

HaLeiVi, we are not talking about the feeling through the act of touching where it describes the verb but where a sense with no act is involved. To me saying, I feel well means that when I touch something I can feel the item I am touching.

Avira, I agree the extra mitzvos make him mekudash, sanctified over her. He is not born as kadosh. The GRA says that the father through his circumcision sacrifices his son as a korban after the eight day but she does not need it.

Maybe, it starts from the mitzvos. Since the woman has less mitzvos as the Kol Bo, he becomes more holy from her and not vice versa that because he is holier he has more mitzvos.
