☕️coffee addictParticipant
Wolf,
There are numerous stories of gedolim that “steal” 5 minutes a day to learn something where in the end they make a siyum called a “5 minute siyum”
☕️coffee addictParticipant“Thank you, but in reality, it’s not that big of a deal. It literally takes me no more than three minutes a day.“
So what? How many people say even one perek of tehillim (besides the שיר המעלות that everyone says)
☕️coffee addictParticipantAkuperma,
So what? He created the chicken first and the egg is considered ירח אמו until it comes out (look at ביצה that doesn’t consider an egg anything until it comes out)
☕️coffee addictParticipantLittle froggie,
I always figured you were zeeskite
(I can’t figure out/never seen the others)
☕️coffee addictParticipantAnything
☕️coffee addictParticipantWe say בשביל לי נברא העולם if there was no reason for them in regards to us they don’t exist
☕️coffee addictParticipant😊
☕️coffee addictParticipantRabbi feiner (Rav of the white shul in far rockaway) has an excellent 5 minute talk about it on TorahAnytime which I think people should listen to
☕️coffee addictParticipant“worth noting that this is the official company policy whether each individual flight attendant is familiar with the policy is an entirely different matter. I would print out their policy to show them and keep your doctors note, completed form and Negative Covid test handy“
I would say the same thing cover all your bases (and keep your camera rolling for when they make a stink)
☕️coffee addictParticipantJust to clarify I don’t say it on shabbos and Yom tov
☕️coffee addictParticipantThanks 29
Oh I spelled it k’eyleh instead of ka’eyleh that’s why I couldn’t find it
What a difference an “a” makes
April 1, 2021 11:03 am at 11:03 am in reply to: why are my comments on articles not being shown? #1961788☕️coffee addictParticipantI can’t find the k’eyleh thread
I’m surprised no one has bumped it yet (but then again maybe no one else found it either)
☕️coffee addictParticipantWow wolf!
יישר כח!
I only say one perek of tehillim from that day’s set (along with ממעמקים & אשא עיני) and there are some perakim I haven’t said because I tend to choose short
☕️coffee addictParticipantMostly normal,
There are shuls that still have a mask policy, and there are venues that aren’t opened yet
But it is a big improvement from last year
IYH next year will be a big improvement over this year in that we will bring קרבנות with the בית המקדש and משיח במהרה בימינו
☕️coffee addictParticipantSounds like Abie Rottenberg’s book
☕️coffee addictParticipant“A woman puts on a wig, not very comfortable in the summer, just for the benefit of the men as the woman can pray in her own hair.“
Sorry for the late reply
A tichel (snood) would be just as comfortable at plain hair and I don’t think she wearing it just for her husband
☕️coffee addictParticipantBesalel,
If you think Netanyahu would relinquish control so easily (without finagling his way back in like this time) you’re dreaming
☕️coffee addictParticipantI totally agree with that
BH my Rav did because I got it one time (that’s how I know) so I switched it to kosher retzuos (I can tell these are kosher, they’re different then the one I had before)
☕️coffee addictParticipantDo you know for sure that they say black and black is pasul even bdieved? If so please quote where you know this from
☕️coffee addictParticipantSeichel,
I guess you know more than Rav Gifter’s son in law
🙄
☕️coffee addictParticipantWow,
My Rav emeritus (R Yaakov Reisman) has been talking about this for YEARS and you’re just hearing about it now?
Just FYI it’s kosher bdieved if it’s black on black

When I said “Additional round” I didn’t mean another election, I meant if there’s no winner then they go to the candidates who are out of the race and find out who their voters chose as second place
March 18, 2021 12:07 pm at 12:07 pm in reply to: Clean sweep by frum candidates in Village elections in NY #1958371☕️coffee addictParticipantIn far rockaway we held elections for our city council and in first round balloting Pesach Osina came in second
We’ll see what happens with the next round but I’m not getting my hopes up
☕️coffee addictParticipantCtlawyer,
Yoshke was one Jew whereas this is Jews in general
☕️coffee addictParticipantAlways ask questions,
Florida didn’t lock down as much as New York (to put it lightly) yet have less deaths
Sweden didn’t lock down and their deaths didn’t skyrocket
☕️coffee addictParticipantTo really answer you
Our cause and effects are switched
☕️coffee addictParticipant“You sound like it’s Not a Half Dozen eggs, but it’s 6 eggs!“
You’re the one who started!
I said “פרעה made the work harder in מצרים that also brought the geulah”
And you said “ Not really.
Hashem didn’t really change the time of Geulah.
What he did was change the 400 years to 210, because he made the work much harder!”☕️coffee addictParticipantI don’t understand the comments saying merrick garland will stop anti Semitism when there was a basketball player that said anti Semitic statements and garland didn’t do anything (granted the nba did, but the statement above was about garland)
☕️coffee addictParticipant“Because Hashem changed it to 210 years because of Hard Labor.
We were supposed to have 400 years of regular labor, but if you make it Much Harder, you can Condescense the time.
It came out to 210 years!“How about saying it like this that Hashem gave us hard labor to take us out after 210 years (according to one way of learning, according to the other way it started from Yitzchak)
☕️coffee addictParticipantMay I point out a person decides if he wants to give 1/40, 1/50, or 1/60 for peah so it’s his choice ultimately which bracket he’s in
☕️coffee addictParticipantHealth,
Come again?
☕️coffee addictParticipant“Et tu Coffee Addict?“
No one said he’s moshiach and where פרעה made the work harder in מצרים that also brought the geulah
☕️coffee addictParticipantExactly syag!
I used to do what commonsaychel does but have grown to realize it doesn’t matter what he posts and people are smart enough to know it’s a troll post
☕️coffee addictParticipantUjm,
How did they drink water before “tap water” they went right to the source where the bugs are!
Bugs don’t come from the sink they come from the reservoirs where the water comes from
☕️coffee addictParticipantMadealiyah,
I believe trump ushered the geulah (and I wouldn’t be surprised if people on the other side thought the same thing for other reasons just like I feel the same about Biden)
☕️coffee addictParticipant“In Internet slang, a troll is a person who starts flame wars or intentionally upsets people on the Internet. This is typically done by posting inflammatory and digressive,[1] extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community (such as a newsgroup, forum, chat room, or blog), with the intent of provoking readers into displaying emotional responses“
Commonsaychel,
This is what you posted in a different thread
So you don’t think
“ a TROLL is a TROLL is a TROLLL”
Is not him showing that he riled you up?
☕️coffee addictParticipant“Coffee Addict, did we filter coffee Yidden drank 100 or 200 years ago?“
Ujm,
Did we filter water 100 years ago
☕️coffee addictParticipantYserbius,
If it’s a complete bug it’s not batul
☕️coffee addictParticipant“But at least they are adult making a well thought out points that I disagree with, not some bored teen trolling for attention“
Don’t you think saying
“ a TROLL is a TROLL is a TROLLL”
Is giving him what he wants?
☕️coffee addictParticipantCommonsaychel,
Calm down, you look like you’re going to have a heart attack ch”v
☕️coffee addictParticipantUjm,
Jews were drinking New York tap water way before filters
Maybe that’s proof that coffee with a coffee filter is kosher, but what about instant?
☕️coffee addictParticipantUjm
I think the answer is BHO
☕️coffee addictParticipantYid1818,
We’re almost two weeks from Purim
You can stop trolling already
☕️coffee addictParticipantCharlie,
Try Arizona
My family members tell me there are a lot of people that carry
☕️coffee addictParticipantPeople make up their screen name as they seem fit
Take for example Charlie, it could be it’s not the real Charlie hall and maybe a student or relative that took the name, unless you know it’s really him (like Yossi z when he used to post here) but I would tell him privately)
☕️coffee addictParticipantEr
Don’t forget the left wing governments of soviet Russia and Cuba
☕️coffee addictParticipantEr,
You can choose to believe what you want to believe but that doesn’t make it true
The Democrats have taken G-d out of their charter, closed shuls and targeted them whereas BLM rallies didn’t matter and has thrown Israel under the bus
☕️coffee addictParticipantIf the Vice President who is African American was offended when she was a senator why would she say happy birthday to him and that she enjoys reading his books?
☕️coffee addictParticipantAlways ask questions,
Mortality rate are in reference to those that get sick, so it’s 10% (I was rounding down for the estimate it’s more like 95%) Charlie is correct that the survival rate is higher
☕️coffee addictParticipantReb eliezer,
Either that or two other reasons
Comorbidity in America was attributed to the virus whereas in Israel it was attributed to the disease
Governors wanted to inflate the numbers so they can receive more money from the government whereas in Israel they value life (more than money)
