Does anyone know what are the new changes to weight watchers?

I went on them 6 years ago lost 20 pounds and have kept it off but, am curious I heard they re-vamped their whole program?

You cannot call the cops for someone running on their treadmill in their own home, no matter what hour of day or night.

I don’t think you will take this advice well but have you tried using ear plugs at night.

Shmuel, of course a Yeshiva education is worth it. The point is that we are already entitled to a free secular education. Why is my tax money paying to “educate” Shaniqua (16) and Shaquilla(5), while a Yeshiva is struggling tp pay salaries etc. The city should provide the secular teachers and we should only pay for Limude Kodesh. Otherwise we register our children in Public School, and then it will be a city problem, not ours hard working and trying to raise a family.

Wolf: Point taken. However at least we would be getting the secular studies for free. So it would seriously reduce the tuition by at least half. The city would pay for the building use(rent), desks etc. secular studies salaries, secreteries, electricity…We then would have to have Limudei Kodesh at our own cost.

Wolf- It is a fact that city schools are overcrowded which is one of the reasons why they are failing. The city would have to construct new buildings to be able to take in ALL the yeshiva students. The city would not want to take on such an expensive project which is why I think they would gladly lease our current functioning Yeshive buildings, allow our students to remain there , and they would cover our tuition costs.

Then we should attend their schools in large numbers and take over the school making it essentially a Jewish city school. The same way the Spanish, Chinese, blacks dominate entire schools in their districts. We would then have control over how the school is run.

I know a couple of parents who never let their children out of their sight and caused them to lack in confidence, and they show some hints of other mental illnesses.

esther, your post in “Frum People/ Traif Restaurant” is a omplete contradiction to everything you’re preaching. You left your poor kids inorder to buy some Mexicans dinner (when it wasn’t even necessary for you to go along).

esther, to answer your question: yes, it is ok for a spouse to say ” I need time to rejuvinate” and go on a vacation. To have time apart is healthy for the relationship, it allows you to miss your spouse and it reminds you of how much you should appreciate each other.

How is that Sefaradim who lived closer to and share more similarities with the Yemenites wear no Peyos, but the Ashkenazim (especially Chasidim) who lived further away and practice entirely differently share the same minhag when it comes to Payos?

The best way to get over something is to move on.

The Jews got over slavery and look at us, unlike the blacks who wont let it go, it continues to destroy them.

DATED has the word dead, so move on sister, we all did.

Pretend to talk on your cell phone and you are telling the shaddchan that you think he is stalking you.
