    @yserbius123,
According to my Rov there is no such thing as renting the CD from the seller, I’ve never signed any rental agreement, therefore the seller cannot tell me what to do with a thing that I’ve paid for,
Though it’s still mind boggling how anyone in their right mind would release any music,

The song Ma Ahavti is a Skulener one,
& not all of the songs were composed by Reb Boruch Chait,
But all in all the KOL salonika albums are still a pleasure to listen to, unlike today’s music (which is not to MACH AVEK) you can listen to them again & again and……… Again

Unless the owner of the mansion will build it partly for HACHNASAS ORCHIM purpose, one should refrain from building one, that’s the way I look at it, why be an eye opener?

Mamele dear, no, I’m pretty sure they weren’t offended, because none of us played as if we have all the money in the world to waste for Shtussim,
As mentioned, WE BOTH stuck to the policy, the money was used for far better things to marry off our children,. & as Reb yid says, it’s so much stress,

When my 2 children got engaged B”H, 1 of the conditions was, we will send each other a very simple really cheap Mishloach Monos, e.g. A “small” chocolate arrangement, & we all stuck to it,
On my 2nd son’s Ushpizin our Mechutan sent in a huuuuge cake (ordered by a local bakery online) made into an Akeidas Yitzchok thing, (since we live overseas) we took a picture of the cake, emailed it to the Mechutonim, we cut a tiny peace to taste it, it really was revolting, we slung it right into the garbage, כן יאבדו כל אויבך

Yes, sales & special offers are very tempting, but there has to be fair competition, I agree & I see it in my business , but I don’t, you don’t, no one likes when your competitor drives you outright of business, it’s very unfair, & it’s not Yiddish like, (huhh, those days are gone)

    My dear FERD,
My intention wasn’t to point any news outlets in particular, but since you have I will ask you,
Is it MUTAR to besmirk anyone under the MANTELE of free speach/since its an official newspaper/site it’s allowed to cross all Halacha boundaries, eg. LASHON HORAA, MOTZI SHEM RAA,
I’d feel guilty operating such a news paper/site,
I even feel guilty that I’m now on a Yiddishe news site,

& to you FERD, please pipe down, there are other ways of communicating,

From a SHADCHAN point of view:
From my own experience, a lot of so called OPEN MINDED MATURE GIRLS just go out dating for the sake of dating, they’re not serious about getting married, it’s just in style, then a year or 2 later it becomes tricky, since the serious girls found their BASHERTE, so these girls are left behind,
I’ve heard from the SKVER REBBE, that it would be a good idea for the boy’s and girls to get married as early & as young as possible, like this none of the 2 are yet matured, so they grow up together, each knows what the other wants, as opposed if they get married when they are both mature starts frictions, since both have a mind of their own,
It’s a SHITA to think about,

This song was actually sung long before the 2nd World War in the CHRNOBIL dynasty on Simchas Torah, the Israelis hijacked it, & ever since you’ll not hear it at any chassidish tischn, except for Skver where they still sing it at the NEILAS HACHAG tisch on simchas Torah,

The Torah does NOT specify the amount one has to steal for TESHUVA, one should do their own HISHTADLUS & leave the rest to the RIBONO SHEL OLAM

Yes, it certainly DOES explain, as i said that the girls only go out dating because it’s in style, they have absolutely no intention of getting engaged to the boy they’re dating, today Channele is dating (along with her cellphone) Moishi, tomorrow it’ll be Suri dating Moishi, & so on & so forth, & this will go on for the next year or 2, as long as she’ll be happy to tell her friends that she’s dating,
& the reason why there are more boys in the Chassidish world? technology is to be blamed, they get influenced by their so called friends who have smartphones, they get jealous, & from this point they go downhill,
In the same time i will inform you something with regards to divorcees, they are quite rightly supported by a group who gather weekly, each discusses with their friends all the suggestions, & again with a recording of the boy they met, & here we go again, they get influenced & discouraged by their friends who’s listening to the recording, & the guy who heads this group teaches them how to pick & choose, but he gives them the wrong advice, its basically a divorced womans club, gathering to discuss about this & that boy, having a good laugh, & this boy can now forget about getting married again in the near future, since he’s now in all the divorcees mouth,,, they all know his מעלות & חסרונות,,,,,,

Dear Joseph : I’m writing from a Shadchan’s point of view,
The reason that there are more girls than boys can’t find their BASHERTE is because, the girl will usually tell her friends secretly that she’s dating tonight, the girl takes her phone along to record the whole shmuz, they then go back to their friends listening to the recording, her friends then discourage the Shidduch, then it goes on & on & on, again and again, it’s like a sport & a game, they’re not at all serious about getting engaged, until they get older & pretend that they’re now mature enough to get married,
& whilst I’m at it, I’ve heard from the Skvere Rabbi that his opinion in getting married young is because, like this neither the boy nor the girl are yet mature enough, so they grow up slowly together, by the time they reach 25 they know each other’s תכניות הנפש, as opposed to the Litvish world they only get married once they’re both mature enough, so each other’s demands are different, I’m not in any way condone the Litvish way, it’s just the thaught.
May all boys & girls find their BASHERTE quickly & easily, &(In my opinion) young,,, good luck

He became Litvish, but very religious, & a very good boy overall,,,,,
So what’s the difference as to whether he’s from Skver or not? he’s a good boy? serious? all info. provided positive? go for it, coming from skver is only a bonus, he just couldn’t keep up to their demands, as long as he’s not rebellious shows that he’s a serious boy,,,,

If you live up to their demands you’ll have a GAN EDEN on this world,
